3 years ago quality was great, today it is cheap trash that will lose color in first wash (gentle program). Return impossible, they will just lie - check reviews!! Don't buy, you wast your money

In the beginning, the tights were great, made of thick material. Now, they are see-through, they wear out between the legs so fast but the price is still the same. My daughter also wears them and the same goes for her tights (size 146) - even the black ones are see-through. Will NOT purchase from them again, trying to find a higher quality alternative.

Customer care.pessimo. mi avevano spedito merce (pagata con la carta) con pagamento in contrassegno. Mai più rimessa in consegna. Rimborso dopo molta insistenza con 5 euro in meno

PESSIMI. Ho effettuato un ordine il 1 dicembre mai arrivato. Comunicazione via email con il contagocce. Ho chiesto il rimborso il 2 gennaio. Quanto dovrò aspettare per una risposta?? Vergognatevi.

Pessimo!! Acquistato da pochissimo 4 capi di cui uno è troppo piccolo ho provato a fare il reso ma è impossibile perché nel modulo la mail non viene considerata valida pur essendo la stessa usata per fare l'ordine

I Leggins presentano dei buchi in prossimità delle cuciture, ho chiesto la modalità di restituzione dell'importo con buono regalo per poter acquistarne uno nuovo.
C'era scritto che in questa ipotesi non occorreva la restituzione della merce, che per ogni buon conto conservo ancora nel pacco. Dopo quasi due mesi, non ho ricevuto ancora nulla.
Ho scritto al servizio clienti e sono ancora in attesa di un loro riscontro.

Haven't received return/refund. They stopped answering. More than a month now. That means - they retain my money, they owe me money.

IF YOU HAVE SIMILAR PROBLEM REPORT THEM TO THE EUROPEAN ANTI-FRAUD OFFICE (OLAF), just fill in the form! And if we all do this, there's a possibility for a very good revenge!
This company is a pure fraud, this is not incompetence or neglicence, THEY ARE CHEATING YOU ON PUROPSE!!!

It's impossible to exchange or return an item... so disappointed as it was one of my favorite brands. The pick up was promised three times, each time the courier didn't arrive and I have not received any calls from them. They promised to fix the situation but then stopped responding and I have not heard back from anyone again. Two weeks later, I'm still unable to complete an exchange for the correct size.

Mai più, ero una cliente che acquistava da due anni e non lo sarò più merce arrivata non ordinata, tra l'altro loro sbagliano e tu devi portare la merce al corriere, adesso stiamo a vedere cosa succede lunedì contatto fedelconsumatori

I made the order 21.9., contacted customer service already, and as of 25.10.my order hasn't even been processed! Am I losing my money too??? You've just lost a customer. Its such a shame, as I loved your products and was already getting organised for Xmas for the family...

Pessima azienda, pessimo servizio clienti.
Ho acquistato due capi a fine luglio 2023.le taglie non andavano bene ed ho richiesto il rimborso per uno dei due ed il cambio per l'altro, chiedendo che mi venisse recapitato non prima dell'11 settembre, perché sarei stata assente.
Da allora sto ancora aspettando il rimborso. I due capi di abbigliamento sono da me stati prontamente restituiti in pochi giorni IN PERFETTE CONDIZIONI , MAI INDOSSATI E CON ETICHETTE E CONFEZIONI ORIGINALI INTEGRE . Il rimborso, secondo il servizio clienti, non mi viene riconosciuto perchè non ho compilato un form specifico. Ma il form per il rimborso, da me più volte compilato, non funziona e non arriva nei sistemi dell'azienda, cosa che ho fatto presente più volte attraverso invio di numerose mail... Ho inoltre espresso formale richiesta di rimborso chiedendo di bypassare la procedura telematica non funzionante, ma l'Azienda, insiste a chiedermi ad effettuare una procedura telematica . Cosa impossible dal momento che non funziona.
Dunque dopo piu di un mese non sono riuscita ancora ad ottenere il rimborso del capo convenientemente restituito e sto ancora aspettando l'invio del secondo prodotto per il quale avevo chiesto il cambio : siamo arrivati al 15 settembre e in 5 giorni sarebbe dovuto arrivare senza ulteriori ritardi, dal momento che gia da metà agosto avevo chiesto l'invio per la data dell'11 settembre... Il tutto con scambio di una ventina di mail con la referente aziendale che mi ha seguito, si fa per dire, dal momento che ho dovuto attendere giorni prima di avere risposta...praticamente per domandare un cambio e un rimborso ho dovuto inviare mail per più di un mese senza ottenere risultati per il rimborso, mi auguro che almeno il cambio taglia sarà effettuato.
Non si tratta di una azienda seria a mio parere se riceve una richiesta di cambio e rimborso e lascia i clienti alla loro sorte con la motivazione che i sistemi telematici non funzionano...
A questo punto avrebbero dovuto rinunciare ad avere il form compilato, dal momento che questa mancanza è dovuta a loro inefficienza e restituire ugualmente la somma pagata.
Aggiungo che in totale ho pagato 73 euro e ribadisco che al momento (dopo un mese !) non ho ancora ricevuto nulla pur avendo restituito i capi intatti. Pessima esperienza, mai più ricomprerei da loro mentre al contrario allerterò tutte le mie conoscenze a non fare acquisti .

Vorsicht vor dem Laden abzocken von Leuten.... man muss für Artikel bezahlen obwohl man diese zurück geschickt hat...

Impossibile fare un reso , non c’è comunicazione tra LELOSI ed il cliente , sconsiglio vivamente!

I'm sorry to report a negative experience I had with Lelosi. Despite returning an item and requesting a refund, I have yet to receive any refund, and my attempts to communicate with them via email have gone unanswered.

It's extremely frustrating to not receive any response or assistance when trying to resolve an issue with a retailer. As a customer, I expect to receive prompt and reliable customer service, especially when it comes to refunds and returns. Unfortunately, Lelosi has failed to meet these expectations.

Ich würde am liebsten garkeinen Stern geben. Ich habe zweimal bestellt, in der ersten Bestellung fehlte direkt ein Artikel, das Geld habe ich immernocj nicht erhalten obwohl ich dies direkt gemeldet habe, es kam von Kundenservice auch keine Antwort. Von der zweiten Bestellung, die retourniert wurde, habe ich mein Geld leider auch nicht zurück bekommen.

They do not refund money!! Either because of politics or because of complete inadequacy.
Also, they got one product size wrong 2 times in a row!
Finally, the change/return system they follow is incredibly outdated, slow and inefficient! I mention at length:
They ask to fill out a form with personal information and my request, which was not saved, did not get a code (numeric or QR) or sent to the mail as a copy. Then I was asked to write on a piece of paper inside the envelope with the product my request (refund or exchange with such and such product).
No trucking number, no Qr code.
The communication they do is incredibly processive and full of lies and evasions.
Example: "the money will arrive in 2-3 working days" (which does not arrive) etc.

Molto gentili all'inizio e poi per richiedere un rimborso parziale dei leggins fuori misura con tessuto orrendo tichiedono un iban di 16 cifre. Incredibile ... in Slovenia non hanno gli Iban internazionali? In Italia sì.Ho pagato in contanti alla consegna e chiedo un cambio taglia. Ne ho presi n,3 con il blackfriday e da giorni aspetto una risposta perchè sono spariti. Ne rendo tre e scrivono che ne rendo 2. Quindi non assicurano nemmeno un cambio taglia.Assistenza zero e comportamento aziendale scorretto.Aggiungo che volevo pagare con PayPal che garantisce il cliente e,in fase di acquisto, mi dicevano che dovevano organizzarsi e poi scopro che il pagamento con Paypal è stato tolto da tempo. Diffidate

I have bought several products from this Company. I am very impressed with the materials they use, as the clothes are so well made and comfortable! I have purchased tights, tracksuit, and pyjamas, all great quality and are just as advertised. The customer service is excellent as well. Prompt reply’s to your emails, and very professional and friendly. I have recommended this company to several friends and family members, and they are all highly satisfied as well. All parcels arrived very well packed, and nicely presented. They have an excellent return service as well. A well deserved score of excellent for Lelosi!
