Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I was double charged for the month of March of 2023 within two days. I only authorized one payment and not two. They said they would not stop the payments and would refund me that would take one month to do so because of them and taking an extra $449.39 out of my account. I am not able to pay my rent thinks, lending USA for screwing me over.

The process was quick and easy. Everything was explained throughly and simplified to your understanding. There are no hidden fees and nothing is forced upon you if you're not in agreement with terms. You are given options within your financial ability when paying back loan. Customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. They spoke clearly and made follow up calls to make sure I understood terms.

Everything it’s been a nightmare 😡 I agreed to a 5 year loan and got a 4 year loan instead and you can’t pick your day for auto pay I think if you use auto pay you should definitely get to pick your day then when they took the first payment they had the wrong amount and the very next day they sent me a email to collect a debt for $1.09 omg 😳 when I got the loan you had a 10 day grace period and they were hounding me for $1.09 and it was THEIR MISTAKE you got to be kidding me very very very dissatisfied from the beginning and it got worse if they had 0 stars I would have picked that

Highly upset. , they failed to inform me of their service charge , they failed to communicate to me of any changes , I was looking for some relief with my current finances. Only to end up saving me $20 a month , charges an outrageous interest rate ! And I could of stayed with my current loans because as I said instead of $326 per month , now I will pay $306 !!As soon as I find a different lender that isn’t hiding any effing fees I will pay off these jerks and be done !!

I bought a $6000 dog under the guise that the 1st 6 months were going to be intrest free...but ONLY if the entire amount was paid in full. Otherwise the extra amount that was paid during the 6 month "0%" interest rate period went entirely into the interest and not towards the principal. This should be illegal.

According to our policy, if the promotion is offered, then you are eligible for the "No Interest On Principal Option Promotion". This promotion allows you to pay the full principal amount of your loan without paying any interest on the unpaid principal balance. However, to take advantage of this offer, you must pay us the full principal amount of your loan before the promotional period expires. If you make any of your scheduled monthly payments during the promotional period later than 16 days of each of their scheduled due dates, then the promotion will expire and you will lose the no interest on principal option. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope that you will consider taking advantage of this promotion.
