Multiple emails and multiple phone calls, nothing in return. Plus - when i try to visit the website I get a message on the page saying "This deployment is temporarily paused." Total BS company that seemed promising at first, but very shady in the end.. I promise they will get a hold of you for money, but when you have a query - they will ignore you. Garbage and a scam.
Can't Get Ahold of Anyone
My balance is now due because I have two loans when I had two loans for quite a while and I am still currently employed. The balance isn't supposed to be due until you leave your employer.
I have been trying to reach out since the 1st of November. I have tried the chat method with no response. I have tried calling with no response and the phone just hangs up on you. I have reached out via email and have yet to receive a response. There's not even a way to delete your payment method on their website.
I originally scheduled a payment plan for my balance to start on the 8th of November. I would like for it to instead start on the 22nd of November. I have to pay rent with my next check. Please change my payment plan to start on the 22nd of November with the card on file ending in 8926. Thank you.
Update: A payment was taken out from my new debit card that was not even on file and I had given no authorization for. I will be disputing with my bank and stopping any future payments. If I could have just received any sort of response that would have been great but all I got was crickets.
Beware
They've done the same thing to me... raised my cost of the service and then are now demanding everything due. Even though I have met thier terms and am still employed.
Be aware that Lendtable has the ability…
Be aware that Lendtable has the ability to change their terms at any point. This means they can make your entire balance due and payable immediately. This means they can tell you they want to charge more per month (see other reviews) and if you don't want to pay more, you have to pay your entire balance back. Now they're saying tougher banking regulations means I have to pay 50% of my loan back before they will advance again. Or I can settle my total loan with them at a reduced rate. But don't take my word for it, please see below for their emails to me. Tell me this shouldn't worry every single one of their customers? Yes, I complained and I got a legalese response. Happy to post that if anyone wants to read it.

Lendtable has ceased payouts due to stricter lending requirements. This is a reminder you will have two options to decide by 9/10/24.
Pay 50% of principal outstanding balance and receive reimbursements for August and September on 9/30/24.
Stop using Lendtable today and your entire principal balance becomes due. We know this is frustrating so we have waived all of our fees.
If I continue, how does it work?
50% of your principal balance will become due. You will receive reimbursements for August and September paystub uploads on 9/30/24. After 9/30/24 everything goes back to normal. We know this is frustrating so we have waived all of our fees.
If I stop, what do I owe?
Stop using Lendtable today and 100% of your principal outstanding balance becomes due - no fees, just the money we sent you. Pay your balance by 9/10/24 and receive 30% off.
What if I do nothing?
If no action is taken by 9/10/24, 100% of your balance becomes due without fees and you will not be eligible to receive the 30% off offer.
Do not use lendtable
Do not use lendtable. I signed up with them and was completely transparent about my 401k situation and having two existing loans. Now they want to force me to repay all the money because they said they just identified that I have two existing 401K loans. If you're in this situation I would seek legal counsel before paying them a dime
I just want to warn everybody to stay…
I just want to warn everybody to stay away. If you think you will make money out of this you won't. From 10 dollars fee to 50 dollars is not even justifiable. If you can't contribute for the max match just leave it that way at least you won't owe lentable money when you retire or quit from your job.

Hard to trust, ridiculously high monthly fee and slow service
They were amazing at first but then they violated our original contract agreement and raised there monthly fee to make a simple transaction by 5 times from 10 a month to 50 to where now I don't get reimbursement each week and on top of that they are even slower now in getting me my reimbursements in a timely manner so I was forced to pay more for crappy service.

What quality customer service
What quality customer service! Kierra Edwards was prompt and professional helping me to alleviate some of the anxiety you get when adjusting your payment schedule. I’m grateful for her and this program which has allowed me extra funds to help take care of my aging father.
Scam
Scam. They uploaded my loan to an account I do not own and I did not authorize when contact for support they only have text chat. They stopped responding and it’s been over a week. Complaint given and reported. I searched through all my setting and the account they sent it to is non of my accounts, not is it listed in my settings.

Great Customer Service
Always love working with lendtable. They helped me max out my employee benefits that I wouldn't have otherwise been able to afford. I've left my company and I'm cashing out my stock options to pay off lendtable and my new car :)
Excellent customer service
I fell behind on my payment plan to repay my balance. I discovered that my bank was rejecting the payments with no known issue on the reason why. I spoke with someone in customer support by the name of Dean Caufield. Not only did they help restore my payment plan. But was very patient with me. They listened to understand my problem and corrected the issue fast and efficiently.
