My frames broke 2 days before my vacation I found the exact frames at lensandluxe they shipped them by 4pm Alabama and I receved them the next day 1pm Washington state. We popped out my lenses into the new frames and you saved my eyes for our tropical vacation

Lens and Luxe was the only seller that I could find my Michael Kors frames that I love! Everyone else had discontinued the particular model. I was hesitant to buy at first because I had never heard of or used them before but SO happy! I didn't use my insurance because they aren't in network but it was $160 CHEAPER without it compared to Iconic and Glasses USA. Check your spam folder for any emails, that was the only thing that was a hiccup but that was on my end. Delivered fast and GREAT quality lenses/frames. Highly recommend!

The Maui Jim sunglasses I received from them didn’t look quite “right.” I’m not necessarily claiming they were fake, but there were some odd things about them that made me wonder.
I have 2 other pairs of Maui Jim sunglasses that are almost the same style with the same lenses, and the polarizing of the lenses looked different. They didn’t look as “polarized.”
The writing on one of the arms was smudged. Maui Jim has strict quality control, and I don’t think that happens very often.
Also, the written model information on the arm didn’t look the same as any of the photos I could find anywhere online for those glasses in this country, Canada or the UK.
Furthermore, there was a weird space between the numbers where they show the size of the glasses on the arm that’s inconsistent with any of my glasses and any of the numerous ones that I saw online.
I called Maui Jim, and they said this company isn’t an “Authorized Dealer,” and they couldn’t verify if they were authentic and wouldn’t honor any warranty for the glasses.
This company claims they buy their inventory from “authorized sellers,” but Maui Jim says that doesn’t mean anything as far as they’re concerned regarding authenticity.
I can’t say that these aren’t real, but they seem odd.
They assured me that they get them from legit sources, and they’re real, but they agreed to refund my money.
They were hesitant to pay for return shipping, but when pressed they agreed.
In the end, I got my refund and it’s all good.
From now on, I’d rather spend more at an Authorized Dealer” to be certain I’m getting a genuine produce that will give my eyes the UV protection I’m looking for.
I’m not saying they intentionally sell fake products. I just didn’t trust the specific pair I happened to receive.

Lenses cut to perfection, much improved replacement using the Veralux Physio DrX 1.67 lense stock. I do a lot of fine work and computer work as well as photography. The wide field of view is a major improvement over proprietary and large box commercial lenses I’ve had before. Cost of the lenses was about 50% of what a couple of local optical shops quoted, and the Cole Haan frames I bought at another online vendor also were about ½ of same ones in a store. Took a week from mailing new frames to receiving finished glasses, less than the time estimated by local shops.

The customer service I experienced with this company is impeccable. My sons glasses were lost in the mail, they found them and got them right to us. They go above and beyond to help with adjustments and anything you need to make sure things are right if there are any issues.

Lensandluxe was great! Received my frames in a timely manner. Priced fair. Frames look perfect. Got my eyes checked and new lens put in already. Took less than a month from start to finish.

Frames are great but unfortunately the lenses aren’t correct. Hoping to have it resolved quickly because I would love to do business with this company again.

Frames arrived on time and packaged well. I really like the frames, but noticed the corners were scratched and I called Lens and Luxe to address the issue. Connor helped me and apologized for the scratches. He suggested I sent them back for them to polish. S&H was covered by them and if I’m still not happy with how the frames look, Connor said I could return for refund. I appreciate the satisfaction guarantee and making sure I’m 100% happy with my purchase.

I don't have my glasses.

I cannot review the product as it has not yet arrived. I paid $35 extra for expedited international shipping and it has been over a week and the item has still not arrived.

Edit: although I appreciate you shipped it immediately, you shipped it as a Priority Mail International which has flat rate shipping available and delivery of 6-10 business days. I would absolutely not consider 2 weeks expedited shipping.

How am I supposed to rate service and never got my glasses?
