As directors of a Residential Management Company, we commissioned Tara Jones at Lester Aldridge to advise us on a complex piece of legislation associated with the Building Safety Act 2022. Tara fulfilled her brief promptly, concluding with a clear, concise and detailed report and arranged a meeting to explain and clarify aspects of the legalities of the act/regulations. I can't fault my Solicitor Melanie Lidstone-Land , she took over my case after having had a few previous solicitors at the company and getting nowhere. Melanie took it on and was brilliant, very tenacious, never giving up and keeping me informed all the time, never too busy to talk things through with me and explaining everything. Although the case didn't achieve what originally had been thought, Melanie persevered and eventually won a settlement for me which I felt at least justice had been done with an admission of guilt from the other party.
