Very responsive on the phone and email, even when close to Christmas day.
When new challenges arose, they redirected us quickly to the right expert.
They were also fair with sticking as close as possible to initial fee estimations which was well appreciated - highly recommended.

From start to finish Lester Aldridge have been brilliant with my clinical negligence claim, Apart from my solicitors changing a few times which put a slight hold on some of my points being dealt with, This didn't really effect me too much! They have kept me informed every step of the way to ensure I was comfortable and understood the decisions. The medical experts are good and know what they are doing, I just wasnt keen on my medical expert but i understand this is personal preference. Fiona Brooke my solicitor has been very understanding dealing with my case which was of a sensitive nature & I have now finally settled! Which is a massive relief for me.
