Excellent service from start to finish of our installation. Lewis Kieran and Marley were friendly professional and thorough throughout. Highly recommended.

LET were recommended to us by a work colleague for a solar PV and battery install. They were one of 5 companies who we contacted for quotes and 1 of only 2 who sent someone to our property. Lewis from LET listened to what we wanted and advised as to what we needed which turned out to be quite similar, then he did the site survey including putting a drone up to view the roof. The install went very smoothly and professionally. The install team were polite and cleaned up after themselves. The whole install took a day and a half which was good going considering we opted to have them replace our aged consumer unit at the same time. Commissioning of the system was easy with a brief on how to download and set up the Fox system phone app. Everything about the install is clean and well planned. I have no problem in recommending LET for electrical and solar PV work.

Lewis and his team (Kieran, Marley, and Mark) are professionals. From the start, Lewis took the time to understand exactly what we needed and provided a clear, competitive quote. There was no pressure, just genuine advice and a real interest. He knows his approach is standout compared to any national firm and I felt I could trust his judgement.

The team turned up within a month or so and got on with the job. They were punctual, polite, tidy, and clearly knew their stuff. The solar and battery installation was done to a very high standard from my limited knowledge and they demonstrated how everything works until I fully understood. Communication throughout was reliable; we always knew what was happening and why.

I think the team have technical expertise and pride in their work and respect for your home. I have already recommended LET quite openly to anyone who has shown an interest in the work we had done as I wouldn't hesitate.

A particular highlight for me is the fact that Marley is working as an apprentice and from the time I was around on the day is clearly learning a lot and has a great attitude.

From the beginning Lewis was friendly, communicative and explained the pros and cons of the various options. The prices were better than many of the competitors but I still got an excellent service.

I was sent a thorough summary with clear timescales, and kept up to date with the various applications they made on my behalf.

The installation was done in a day, with a friendly team of three who discussed options with me on the day, explained the app and were respectful of our house and garden. They cleaned up afterwards and left me with the right documents.

The whole process has been seamless, and I haven't had to do much at all, it was all taken care of. Great company.

Have used LET Electrical in the past and am always impressed with how efficient this company are. I only needed a very small job this time, a PIR light installed near the front door and a bulb fitting into the cooker extractor hood. Kieran was extremely personable and polite,with the same attention to detail he would have given to a larger job. He took away all the rubbish and left everything clean and tidy. Very satisfied.

Just had solar panels and battery installed by LET, from meeting Lewis initially, his knowledge and customer care is outstanding. This was a major step for us, we’re not youngsters and were worried about all the documentation, but Lewis did the lot, supporting us very well prior, during and after installation. I’ve got to be honest, they’re simply the best, don’t go anywhere else.

This company is brilliant. I had solar panels and a storage battery fitted. The whole team are excellent to work with. The service was very quick and went so smoothly. Their customer service is outstanding. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

Lewis managed to make an appointment that fitted our schedule. He came with a great attitude and wasn't pushy at all in selling, we talked through my cable routing concerns and came up with some workable solutions. My wife and l, both thought this is the company we want to fit our PV, Batteries and car charger. It proves that sometimes it's good to give the small team the opportunity as they care about the customer and their PV journey.
My wife and l were happy with the how he and his team carried out the installation, Marley really put in a shift as he thought the scaffolding was coming down a day earlier than expected. He always had a cheerful smile on his face and was polite, professional throughout a real credit to LET.
The communication throughout has been great, so no complaints. I'm more than happy to recommend LET to fit PV, batteries etc on anyone's house. In fact we have already have for 3 friends already.

In the end, it wasn’t a difficult decision to choose LET Electrical & Renewables for our solar installation.

I was curious about how solar could work for us so I filled out an online form requesting quotes and call back(s). I was swamped with calls and emails but was so glad to answer the call from Lewis.

Even though LET is based around 25 miles from our house, Lewis was the first person that offered to come out, in person, for a survey and quote. There was no high pressure sales tactics, no last minute offers, no deals expiring in the next hour, or salesman type swagger with LET. Just an honest business with a product/service to provide.

Lewis came out when he said he would, armed with shoe covers (a very nice touch!) - others had come into our brand new house without even an offer to take their shoes off.

We asked Lewis a few questions and he didn’t even seem to mind when we tactfully got a bit more personal given how much we were likely to be spending on the project. It wasn’t the biggest of projects (12 panels) but a lot of money for us on a long term investment.

On the day Lewis’ employees (Marley and Mark) couldn’t have been more respectful or polite if they tried, and are a credit to the company. They worked tidily, kept us informed about the progress of the install, with an ETA of their arrival over the 2 days.

It’s been about a month since the install was done and all of our paperwork has come through, we’re just waiting for our energy provider to get us set up for export payments. You even get a hand off brochure which details everything you need to know if you ever sell your house which you can give to the next owner.

You should definitely give Lewis from LET Electrical & Renewables a consideration when getting your quotes.

Lewis and his team, Marley and Mark were a pleasure to have working on my installation. They were very polite and took the time to help me understand whenever I had a question. I am now the proud owner of a 7 kw Solar System comprising of 17 Panels, 7 kw Inverter and 10 kw of Battery Storage. I can thoroughly recommend LET Electrical &Renewables to anyone considering a solar panel / ev charging system. Lewis clearly explained the system and the various options prior to us deciding to go ahead with the project. His team, comprising Marley, Mark and Kieran, were brilliant and did an excellent job. It was completed efficiently and promptly on time and the property was kept neat and tidy throughout. On completion Lewis took time to fully explain the operation of each component of the system and it's various controls and settings. Buying and researching solar was like double glazing 20 years ago, until Lewis from LET turned up. From the start he was informative, had great knowledge and information and at no stage did we feel under pressure to purchase. He left me time to do my own research and welcomed the suggestion of Sigenergy for our battery. The job itself was organised weeks ahead to give me time to arrange scaffolding and to get the roof prepared - cleaned and any damaged tiles repaired/replaced.
They arrived as scheduled and completed the job on time and to a very high standard, the place was left tidier than they found it in. The work carried out was really neat and tidy and they clearly take pride with the work they produce. Harley whilst currently the apprentice will have a great career and he showed great maturity and pride in his work.
Some companies as soon as the job is done they disappear- NOT LETS, lewis has been on hand to handle any questions after the install, as I am still learning how best to work the system.
