Leten is a Chinese company selling a bewildering variety of sex toys aimed mainly at men. The toy I ordered, the Cannon King Mini, proved problematic because the liner in which the stroker sleeve fits had a maximum diameter of 4.8 cm and that was too small for me. I reached out to Leten, suggesting that they produce an XL model, but I don't think they understood the issue. Unfortunately, the reality is that sex toys are designed for the average man, and if you happen to be bigger than that, you might get stuck with a lemon - and intimate products don't usually qualify for a return.

Bought a product there, it became defect after about 80 days (20 days out of their warranty) and they only gave me a 10% coupon. They also ignored statutory warranty thats enforced my my countries legal system... sadly the amoun was not worth it to look into legal advice.

Bought a Turbo X Pro this was within the warranty broken will not be repaired or replaced unit was not even 2 months old poor service and certainly a bad product that breaks so quickly it just works from one moment to the next not anymore strange for such an expensive device. sent several emails but did not want to replace it for a working copy there was no mechanical piece electrical piece does not work.

people be smart buy there no stuff easy tools is a much better product and services.

Ordered a couple things from LETEN last week. When my package came, one item was missing - bummer.
Sent them a message and wow, they got back to me fast. No excuses, just a quick "sorry about that" and they sent the missing item right away.
Yeah, they messed up at first, but the way they fixed it was great. Good products, fair prices, and customer service that actually helps. I'd buy from them again.
