Letigro 

Placed my order on the 22nd December 2023 like all the other reviews say , I have still not received my item . Liezel From Letigro said the same 7-14days for delivery. She supplied me with a tracking no which neither Royal Mail or Evri have any record of ? So, I too am assuming that I have been SCAMMED .
What comeback do we have for these types of fraudulent sellers who masquerade as genuine online retailers.
there are far to many of these crooks on the Web and they need to be held accountable for their actions

Ordered 6 weeks ago, asked repeatedly for refund which they are not giving. Do not order from this company.

As the other reviews suggest, this website is a scam. They are stealing money with clearly no intention of sending any goods. Avoid. The customer service email is just the same response every time ignoring all questions about my order.

So far I have found that this company
have a .uk email address.. Their business address is in Germany.. Their Limited company was dissolved in the UK a few years ago and the package containing our order is enroute from China!!! Our order was placed on 6th January... Still not here! I will be shocked if it ever arrives! Shocking that they create this type of deception to their customers!

I placed an order on 22/12/23 - I did not receive a confirmation e-mail, but I had taken a screen shot of the order and had sent myself the order details.

I used the order details that I’d sent myself to question why I’d not received a confirmation e-mail (I had checked my Junk folder) and was sent a response to say that usually orders were received within 14 days, but usually sooner.

I contacted them again in the new year when my delivery hadn’t arrived by replying to their previous e-mail. I was told my order had been delivered - and thank you very much for my custom!

I then messaged Letigro Customer Support via the contact section on their website - as I’d definitely not received the order - and was sent the same e-mail I’d originally received when questioning why I’d not received a confirmation e-mail - that orders are usually received within 14 days, but often sooner.

To date (24/01/24) I’ve still not received my order. I’ve e-mailed Letigro - replying to their previous e-mails and also contacting them via their website, but with no response. I’ve now lodged a ‘charge back’ with my bank.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews - I always leave positive ones when warranted - but this company seems to be either inept at customer service or to be a scam company.

Please be aware when considering placing an order.

I agree with Nancy. This business is not legitimate. I bought products from their site at the beginning of December, the site stated that the item was due to arrive 7-14 days after purchase. It has now been well over a month and they won’t send me tracking information and keep avoiding direct answers via email. I am now requesting chargeback from my bank for fraudulent transaction.
Do not buy from these people unless you want to lose your money.
