My experience with Letly has been positive overall, particularly due to the professionalism and responsiveness of their Letting Director, Daniel George. Throughout our interactions, Daniel consistently replied within 24 hours, which made the process feel smooth and well‑managed.

His customer care skills stood out — he communicated clearly, treated me with respect, and made me feel valued as a potential client. Although it was clear he was seeking my business, he did so in a way that felt genuine rather than pushy. That balance is rare and appreciated.

I received a call from Maliek Lawson of Letly regarding a property to let that was not doing well with another agent . Maliek had great insight and he was very pro-active during my entire dealings up to the on-boarding stage and we are delighted to be on-board with Letly . Maliek remained available during the online completion of forms .The payments have already been scheduled for the coming days . The keys will also be handed over in the coming days . Amazing that payments with start before Letly have found tenants . This is possible within their guaranteed rental service . The journey is not over but an important milestone has been arrived at . I wish them well in the coming 24 months of business relationship .🤞

I particularly want to focus my review on Daniel George. Few people in this industry are as professional, responsive, and trustworthy as Daniel. He has been excellent throughout the entire process and has consistently gone above and beyond. He definitely deserves recognition and praise for his outstanding service.

Daniel’s been great to communicate with and genuinely wants to help me. At one point, he asked “tell me how I can make your life easier?” And has done nothing but deliver on that.

I’m super happy with the speed at which Daniel and Letly have moved with and convinced it doesn’t come at the expense of professionalism.

Happy so far and would highly recommend for any landlord looking for a stress free, hands-off experience.

We’ve been renting through Letly for the past three months, and the experience has been fantastic from the very beginning.

The move-in process was smooth and straightforward, with no issues at all. Whenever we’ve had a question or needed assistance, Aaron has always been quick to respond and incredibly helpful.

Initially outreached by them, I did advertise my Property on the lettings website and wanted to bypass the traditional agencies as they didn't seem that valuable to me and harder to predict overall costs with many hidden fees, Letly comes with a different mindset that makes it more financially attractive for the long term.

Letly approached me about a rental property that I was hoping to get tenants into. They offered a guaranteed 2 year rental. They basically did all the work, rental agreement, itinary mandatory everything else

Very helpful and took all the pressure of dealing with letting out my
Property. Although rent received is lower than market rate when taking into account the additional costs that would have to be paid it works out to be around the same so well worth it. They simply do everything for you - could not ask for a better service - would recommend to anyone
