I recently asked my daughter in law if she knew a good phone shop. I visited the phone shop and was not disappointed. This shop is head and shoulders above any other and their service is simply superb. I now have my go to for computers too.

I’m not someone who writes reviews often, but this experience truly deserved one. My husband’s phone had stopped charging, and although he was thinking of getting a new one, I suggested we first try the phone repair shop on Earlsdon High Street.
The customer service was outstanding from the moment we walked in. The technician took the phone, quickly diagnosed it as a minor issue, and fixed it in under 10 minutes. What really amazed us was that he refused to charge us anything. We were completely speechless!
Thank you so much for the excellent service. You’ve definitely restored my faith in getting gadgets repaired. I’ll be back soon with my laptop.

Absolutely the best place to go for all your phone and tablet issues. I recently purchased a phone there at a very reasonable price. I also needed to get some help when I went into the settings of the phone and messed the whole thing up. The guys rectified it all very quickly. I would strongly recommend The Phone Shop for buying or repairs

I visited for an iPhone repair (13 pro max)
Rear glass broken.

The advice and service provided exceeded all expectations.

Parts were genuine and they presented them prior to installation for inspection. Conversation regarding all aspects of the repair process are completely open and they’re very clear about the repair process requires. This gave me great confidence in their skills.

They also supplied new screen and camera protectors which they also installed. I bought a new external case (they have cases for every phone model)

They are very thorough about checking the device is in full working order. And present the device back for you to check prior to payment.

12 months of warranty on parts and their installation service. That makes me very happy.

I will happily recommend them to anyone.

I recently traded in my iPhone at The Phone Shop. They offered me the maximum price compared to other places and made the whole process quick and easy. Zacc and the team were professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. I’ll definitely be coming back here again when it’s time to upgrade or trade in another phone.

Popped into the shop earlier today with a problem with my iPhone. Within minutes the guy had it sorted.
A great company with knowledgeable friendly staff. I recommend them if you have issues with your phone or looking to purchase a new one.

What an amazing shop/guy. Broke the glass on my Samsung S23 Ultra - the Samsung shop wanted loads of money + 16 weeks to do the job (yes, that's 16 weeks!). TPS did it in less than 24 hours. TPS will now be my go to shop for all phone repairs, can't recommend them enough.

Very professional have people working on site. Very reasonable for second hand phones and give you a new battery, the shop has been there 12 years and well eatablished. I alays use them.
