Liked product/shipping, disliked packaging
I liked the quality and fast shipping of my order. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the packing of the envelope order. The envelopes were received in a scrambled, haphazard condition. Additionally, we could not use some of the envelopes.

Hi Ralph,
We are sorry to hear that your package did not arrive to you unscathed. This is the first form of communication we have had from you regarding this issue. Please reach out to us and send us pictures of your packaging and damaged envelopes so we can take further action regarding your order. It is unfortunate that UPS didn't take care of your package.
Thanks,
Carrie
