Don't Order Anywhere Else, Best Customer Service and Best Price
The website was a bit confusing at first. I was able to call their number listed and someone answered and was so helpful. I also needed to match the text to my logo and their customer service took care of me and guided me through. I definitely recommend them.

5 Star Quality!
At first, we ordered a small batch of envelopes just to try the company out. Honestly, we liked them so much we ordered another less than a month later. If your looking to get your logo put on an envelope and need options like we did, then you're in the right place!

Nothing more, nothing less.
We came to Letter Jacket after trying for weeks to get the same product from envelopes.com Finally after weeks and a lot of frustration, we found Letter Jacket. The response time was quick. I did not like that I had to pay before I would get a proof of the design. Fortunately, they gave us what we wanted. There was no bells or whistles, but it was good.

Hi Jim,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We take all of our reviews seriously.
I understand your frustration regarding the minimum order quantity of 500 envelopes and the inability to order a mix of 250 regular and 250 window envelopes. We appreciate your feedback.
Our envelopes are packaged 500 envelopes per box. They have been for over 60 years.
We could sell you 250 of each envelope but it is not cost effective for us to do so. The cost of the 250 would be more than the 500 you can buy directly on the website. We have to refigure cost, create a custom order, find special packaging and so on. This would end up costing the customer more for 250 of each than it would 500 of each.
We do appreciate your order of 500 envelopes that you placed and we hope you like them.
Please reconsider your 3 star review as it has a direct impact on how we do business.
Thank you again for your review.
Sincerely,
Letter Jacket Envelopes - Carrie
