Leuchtturm have been easy & great to deal with & my order arriving in perfect condition. I came to Leuchtturn directly as I couldn't get a couple of my preferred colours elsewhere. Love the quality of the paper & it works well with my preferred form of writing in fountain pen ink. Will definitely purchase again.

The quality of the product is excellent
The quality of the product is exceptional. This is the first time I have bought one of their journals, having bought a cheaper competitor for a while but whose similar products have been discontinued. I wasn't sure if it would be worth the extra cost, but it was so easy to filter by paper thickness, colour, writing lines, size etc, and I was delighted with the quality. It's been as joy to write on. I think I am coverted.

I ordered what I thought was a 50 page…
I ordered what I thought was a 50 page A4 spring back binder and 2 500 page Spring back binders.
When I rechecked the order the next day, I found that I had ordered an A5 50 page spring back binder by mistake.
I went through the website &asked if you could correct the order then rang on Tuesday after Easter and the operator was most helpful and correcter the order and refunded the difference in price.

Once every 1-3 months I need my new journal made.
Without fail I always get fantastic service from Leuchtturm1917 Australia!
This time around I left my order late before heading overseas and even though I put them on a tight timeline they got my custom journal embossed, sent and delivered with plenty of time to spare for my flight!
