Levenes are a first rate firm. Mehtap Arslan and her team did a great job with the handling of my wife’s claim. Skilled handling, prompt communication with a thorough appreciation of the client’s position. Previously my wife’s claim was being handled by a larger firm who frankly were delivering poor service, generating nil confidence. I have every reason to think the end settlement would not have been as good as that obtained by Levenes. We moved the claim to Levenes’ who demonstrated they were everything the first solicitors were not.

I had been involved in a related industry but, did not appreciate how good Levenes are, never having been a client. I was persuaded to go to a solicitor with a relationship with my insurers. Big mistake I made as I was more concerned with the surgery my wife needed for her severe injuries. Although Levenes are a London firm they can take cases on wherever you are to be found. I am an example of this living in a different part of the country.

I am a regular contributor to Trust Pilot and rarely give 5 stars, in this case no hesitation In doing so.

As I am not writing an advert for this firm I hesitate to so but I do provide now their telephone number which is 020 8881 7777 where Mehtap or any of the Levenes team will be happy to assist. As I have found many firms of solicitors have difficulty in wanting to communicate, no such problem with Levenes.
