I attended the Lewin Clinic for a long standing knee injury (3yrs) and was seen by Jade. After a detailed discussion and examination she set me on a recovery program of exercises both in their gym (excellent facilities) and at home and I am over the moon to say that I am now fully recovered. I still do my strengthing exercise plan and
I can't recommend Jade highly enough, she is absolutely brilliant and I wish I'd gone to see her sooner.

Laura has been exceptional in helping me recover from my back issue. She has got me back on my feet running around in no time, excellent communication and knows what she’s doing. 100% recommend her.

The clinic provided exceptional
treatment for my daughter following a broken arm - not only did they help with her rehabilitation they also gave lots of advice on dealing with a sudden growth spurt and ways for her to build up her strength - faultless, professional, knowledgable and exceptionally kind

2nd time with the guys at the Lewin Clinic, as last time a superb service, injury quickly identified, plan set and supported through 6 weeks of physio.  

Came out fighting fit the other side, Jade was great and very knowledgeable about dos and donts during the rehab stages, alongside helping with a structured goal setting post treatment plan too. 5 stars.

I was recommended the Lewin Clinic by my surgeon in 2024 after a second labral tear in my hip. Laura was incredible and got me back up and running (literally and figuratively!). I never felt my hips were strong enough to run but after various surgeries and with the help of amazing physios,I regularly run 5ks and completed a 10k recently. She also helped diagnose a stress fracture from my running so I was able to get the imaging I needed quicker and advise to rest. I also had shoulder surgery last Nov and with Laura's help, I'm back to nearly bench pressing my PR. Thank you so much!

I was assigned an amazing physio and words cannot explain how supportive and knowledgeable she was. I had a ruptured tricep when I was seen to and from 6-9 month recovery process I managed to recover at full capacity after just 4 months. My records and results will speak for itself. I had knee rehab treatment at the clinic recently, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! Laura was excellent throughout—very knowledgeable and supportive. Despite my injury, she helped me stay active and focused on my running goals, which meant a lot to me. The whole team was friendly and professional, and the clinic environment was clean and welcoming. If you’re looking for expert care that keeps you moving, this is the place to go!

From the reception team through to Gary and Colin you will find it hard to get a better service, reception always willing to try to accommodate your appointment requirements, all the physios very knowledgeable and understanding of your needs, cannot recommend high enough.

The ability to understand that you may be of a certain age but you are still able to have a good quality of life and being fit enables you to maintain that level.

I wanted to take a moment to express my immense gratitude towards Jade at the Lewin Clinic. After suffering a partial rupture of my Achilles tendon, I spent 18 months seeing various physiotherapists who administered shockwave treatment and repeatedly advised me to go for walks – something I longed to do but couldn't manage due to the pain.

On the recommendation of an existing patient, I decided to reach out to the Lewin Clinic and began seeing Jade. By the time I met her, my trust in physiotherapy was severely diminished and I expressed this openly. Jade, however, patiently explained that we needed to start afresh and assured me that with time and effort, we could improve my condition.

Jade was incredible throughout the process. She praised every small improvement I made, yet wasn't afraid to push me when necessary. She listened to my complaints and frustrations, always reassuring me that things would get better, while also making it clear that my progress depended on my own efforts.

As someone who finds solace in walking for both physical and mental well-being, this injury had significantly impacted my life. Before meeting Jade, I had started to lose hope that I would ever recover. However, today was my last session with her, and it's only lunchtime, yet I've already completed over 10,000 steps, starting with an hour-long walk to Fairlop and back.

Jade has been instrumental in helping me regain normality in my life, and I cannot thank or recommend her enough. Her dedication and expertise have truly made a world of difference to me.

I recently visited The Lewin Clinic after a fall left me with pain in my thigh, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, Gary made me feel completely at ease. I had been nervous about going to a sports-focused clinic for an injury that wasn’t sports-related, but Gary’s warm, kind, and professional manner instantly reassured me.

What stood out most was his incredible ability to pinpoint the problem before even beginning a physical examination. It was clear I was in expert hands. His diagnosis was spot on, and I felt genuine relief walking out of the clinic—both physically and mentally.

The session was not only effective but also offered great value for money. I felt heard, understood, and well cared for throughout. If you’re looking for a physiotherapist who combines expert knowledge with a human touch, I can’t recommend Gary and The Lewin Clinic enough.

I have been visiting clinic now for about a year and I can say nothing but incredible things. I ruptured my ACL and tore my MCL and they have helped me back to full fitness where I can now play football and resume normal activities. To Clare and Merissa who were always so helpful, A big thank you to Mani who recommended a brilliant surgeon to me and helped me in the early days and a special thank you to Jade for all her hard work and patience with me during rehab :) I will definitely be using the Lewin Clinic and highly recommend them to anyone.

Good treatment and advice

I've been a patient at The Lewin Clinic for years, initially seeking help for sciatica after a back injury and more recently for post-surgery recovery after a torn meniscus. From the moment you walk in, the entire team is great and incredibly helpful. A special shout-out to Clare and Laura, who even proactively checked in when I was slacking a bit – that level of care truly makes a difference!

My physiotherapist, Laura, is simply fantastic. She's not only highly skilled but also incredibly reassuring, knowing exactly when to push me and when to offer encouragement. Her deep knowledge of sports injuries was invaluable, with a clear focus on getting me safely back to my activities. Her advice is always specific to my lifestyle and the equipment I have available, making my recovery journey much more manageable and effective. Beyond appointments, Laura was incredibly supportive during some worrying moments, even making herself available to answer questions outside of my scheduled sessions.

I can't recommend The Lewin Clinic, and Laura in particular, highly enough for their professionalism, personalized care, and dedication to getting you back on track and back to sports.

Attention to detail on my injury and not calling me back for unnecessary sessions, allowing me to rehab with the help I've been given. On top of helping with the injury Mani gave me a plan on how I can minimise risk of it occuring again.

Colin is always kind, considerate and knowledgeable. Appointments always run to time, and I feel that I am listened to and given practice advice and exercises. Reception staff are friendly and helpful.
