Subscribe for the service,later the ad wasn't done, it's a waste of resource.worse of it, after cancelling they kept deducting money from my account for about 5 months before I noticed. I am requesting for a refund amount deducted 😡

The ad creation is super easy. It is very easy and straightforward. I only use my website and the ads are indeed published.

This is a scam and theft site. Never create an account. They automatically charge your credit card the $199 monthly subscription fee without sending you a warning email and won't issue a refund. I filed a lawsuit through Stripe.

Not worth it at all, you get billed for a service you are not able to access. The 3 day trial has limited capability and customer service is terrible.

Never use there services. Total scam.

Extremely limited & very basic. Constantly getting the data wrong, unable to do any edits to the ad copy. Doesn't have correct conversion event & poor ai images. Not worth the money.

I paid LEXILEXI.ai $520 for AI-managed Facebook ads, promising a high ROAS. What I received was a complete scam.

Fake Results: After 2-3 days, they provided analytics claiming 9,000 impressions and 200 clicks. However, this resulted in ZERO sales. A 2.2% click-through rate with a 0% conversion rate is statistically impossible for a legitimate service and is a clear sign of bot traffic or fabricated numbers.

No Delivery of Service: Despite their claims, they generated not a single genuine customer lead or sale. They failed to deliver the core service they were paid for.

Ghosted After Payment: When I confronted them with these facts and demanded a refund, they immediately stopped responding to all emails.

This company operates in bad faith. They take your money, provide fake reports to create an illusion of work, and then disappear. I am currently pursuing a chargeback through my credit card company. Do not waste your money. Stay far away from LEXILEXI.ai.

They charged me around $30 even though I didn’t use any service at all! I emailed them requesting a refund but received no response or action. This company seems like a scam!!! How can we work together to get the money back from this company?

I lost $100 to this website. lexilexi.ai is a fake and scam company that is running misleading ads on Facebook to trap people. They take your money and provide nothing in return.

It is shocking that Facebook allows such scam ads without proper verification. Facebook must immediately block their account and take strict action against such fraud platforms to protect users.

Please do not trust lexilexi.ai or any ads coming from them. Report and share this so others don’t lose their hard-earned money.

Payed for a trial period of 1 week before advancing with the next tiers, wasn't able to generate 1 campaign, waste of money and time.
