Lexington Law - associates stated that new information had been sent to creditors and I should wait until they receive info at end of the next month. FALSE! I received information from 4 creditors stating they'd received my inquiry, but unfortunately, it did not contain sufficient information for them to investigate. Lexington failed to send pertinent information for 6 months! I asked for some type of refund and was scoffed at and told absolutely now. Then, because I stated I was filing a complaint, they got smartaxx and started the rebuttal and refused to continue with the conversation. SAVE YOUR $$$$ and either deal with the creditors yourself or MyFico or similar. Lexington Law took $750 from my and never looked back. They are the current Theives of the Week.

Regular updates on credit inquiries

I received emails from them that my payment was declined and needed updated. Never heard of them before today, went to their website and clicked forgot password and was able to login. my "account" had a card on file that wasn't mine and said I had e-signed a bunch of contracts a week ago. When I reached out I was told it might have been fraud and they would fix it, but needed the credit card on files number and I told them I don't know the number, thats not my information as stated in the previous chat, the chat was immediately disconnected. I tried to re open a chat but was told that my account was not fraud and I would need to pay the fee.

They continue to charge even though I stopped my account with them the same day it was made. I have contacted them on multiple occasions over the last few months. They have confirmed I did cancel. Yet I continue to have this problem. Its been four months. Each month they charge me $25, $33.57 then twice for $140. I have tried blocking the payments. I have contacted them, as I have said. They refunded me $19 one time. I will be sending out yet another email, calling AGAIN, and contacting the bank. I can't even sign into an account, as it was CANCELED and no longer exists. This was confirmed over the phone and in their chat feature in September TWICE.

I signed up 4 months ago to get 2 things taken off my credit report, never got to talk to a person! I have court documents showing these things did not belong to me, they did nothing, it's all on there still! Waste of my money, to cancel this was like dry to pull teeth.
I'm going to try credit saint now, there price is even better and I talked to a person.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not sign up with these people. "Back in the day" this was a legit service, but you'll deal with nothing more than AI BOTS, and if you do manage to talk to an actual live person, they'll laugh in your face. Absolutely not worth the time (and, certainly NOT the money), so avoid at all costs!!! One day these execs who have signed onto AI as their holy grail will get their just rewards.

They overdrafts my accounts so many time. They were taking money out of my account every day none stop when I went on there chat confront Them. They canceled me and said I owed the 156. When they took out 63 every week.

Easy to sign up, less easy to cancel...Live chat has a button where you would hit send to reply and it is actually a cancel chat button. I had to talk to multiple people to cancel but it was done. I paid $420, nothing was done. I have avg 690 credit, I just was looking for some small stuff to be taken off and they did nothing for the 3 months

They all sound too good to be true . Creditsavy's credit repair service unlike Lexington law, which fell short. Creditsavy delivered real results, improving my credit score quickly and professionally. Got to realize this company and many others in the credit repair industry are just all out for your money. They’ll promise heaven and earth to get you to sign up so they can charge you monthly. I was with Lexington law for two months trying to remove a collection account by Westgate Resorts. They got me frustrated and eventually I had to quit . I was so skeptical to try any other service because of them experience. Luckily for me, I summoned the courage to try another service . This time a popular individual on instagram in a bid to set my credit right in hopes for a mortgage loan. Creditsavy did the job for me very professionally. I didn’t have to wait a month before the collection was permanently removed . I got a deletion letter just 2 weeks in . I have been recommending creditsavy ever since . It’s good to be good.

Absolute rip off and scam, claims they will refund your money if they don’t provide any results within 3 months, well 6 months in and 0 results but refuse to refund, claim that my account wasn’t finished being set up yet but they still continued to bill, my guess is this company will be next up on the class action lawsuit. Do not give them a dollar, the system is basically just an overpriced way to submit disputes that you can do easier for free on your own.

As a credit repair business owner myself I needed to learn something new and buying CreditSavy’s backdoor methods changed my life. It’s worked amazingly well so far. 2 out of my current 6 clients have shown positive results in a short period of time.

After a successful credit repair with the incredible credit h4cker @ creditsavy, I'll be looking into buying a bigger home for my family. My 4 kids are under 18 and all live with me for now. The oldest one is going to college this year but we still need more space because our 3 bedroom apartment was getting so uncomfortable. I had to subscribe to a credit repair expert after struggle on my own to fix things. Phil's service was earmarked by someone with great credit score on FICO forum who went through their service and had a lot of good things to say, so I researched them and got in contact via instagram. I am most pleased with how they handled my credit. I got out of a hole and now in the mortgage market for a 2nd home, all thanks to Mr. Phil CreritSavy. I pray God bless him for the impactful service.

4 collections, 3 lates, 9 hard inquiries and a repo all permanently removed from my records. I had a tough time trusting any credit repair shop after my experience with a few including Lexington law. This guy on IG named CREDITSAVY was exceptional. He shows passion for his job . I like that I can talk to him freely anytime I want because he listens. Very professional ! This helped me achieve my credit clean up goal. One that I've been chasing for years. I've experienced a great credit repair help. I wish I didn't waste so much time trying with companies and then on my own. I totally recommend Phil's credit repair. Lexington Law customer service is disgusting. They say to go to the online or the app to sign their agreement. When I go there it is not there. I call the incompetent customer service. They cannot do anything, has to be done online. They are a nauseating excuse for customer service. Clearly they do not care about clients.

They used to be good. Not anymore. When i first joined in January, they were able to get 1 items off my report within a month. But ever since then i’ve been charged heavy without the results they promised when Julia the rep spoke with me on phone call. I’ve quit and started with CREDITSAVY on twitter ( X ) and so far 4 items have been removed this month..I saw a credit jump of 90 points and i’m already in process to be approved for a much needed auto loan. God bless Mr Phil aka credisavy the credit h4cker. He's @ creditsavy on X .His passion for helping people, especially minorities is commendable. We all know how credit system can be for an ordinary american. Talk more of an immigrant like myself. This guy’s help is costly but invaluable still.

This company has ripped me off for 360 dollars, only provided one result that equaled 2 points on my report. They won’t get busy unless hound them , total SCAMMERS be ware.. additionally after 2hours after this post they offered me 1/3 of what they scammed me for. Nothing like admitting that they are a scam. I still want my full refund. Be ware

I started using this company a long time ago and was very pleased with them, however all of that has changed. Feels more like the Wehrmacht on the line this time. They must be struggling because they charged my card without my consent and are trying to credit me back half of what they charged. Strange encounter with them today. What use to be a cool company is no more. Nothing good ever last anymore.
