Signed up for an account a month ago. In one month they've done absolutely nothing except charge me a late fee. Fee for what? Not responding to my requests for a refund? Stay away from lexington law.

The agent made me feel confident even though I felt silly about my questions. They weren't silly, to me , and I was not only put at ease but I learned a lot too. Thanks

Resolving my issues…

Every thing you did for me over the years was “Outstanding”‘beyond expectations.

We paid faithful for more than two years. We did our part, they contacted our creditor they sold our account to another company. We quit as our fico went way below four hundred.

Lexington law should be sued or shut down. They charge you a ton of money to fraudulently send letters to the creditors on your behalf with your fraudulent signature. I only found out because a letter from a creditor was sent to my house with the letter Lexington law sent them that clearly wasn’t my signature and when you call Lexington law about it, they get nasty with you like oh it’s alright because you signed up with us, no it’s not it’s highly illegal to forge someone’s signature on documents without their permission. Steer clear on this company and just do it yourself. Save the money

They charge big and then don’t do anything, they try to drag it out so ur paying them for mths then they ain’t helping u !!!! U got to just keep paying until they’ve soak u dry SCAN‼️ big time

Highly advise not using these scam artists. All take and no give. The cancellation process was also a nightmare. They sent me another invoice for services that were never even provided. Please don’t pay them a cent.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Neiel who was professional, knowledgeable, patient, informative, showed empathy and was very intelligent. She explained how my credit repair journey was going and how the steps in place were being applied. I feel confident my situation will continue to improve!

I paid $140 for 10 months. All Lexington does is send intervention letters to credit bureaus. After that nothing. When I question the status of my case they say they are working on it but again its the same intervention letters. Common I was expecting some kind of a suggestion atleast may be a lower settlement, or negotiation for clients part. I feel so enraged and scammed I paid $1400 total. If I had not canceled they would be sucking away my hard earned money. Don’t fall for this company.

I have been using Lexington Law Firm for over a year now, and they have really helped me out a lot. I love the app, because you can see and clearly understand things.

Just a scam.
I had 3 negative items to remove on Transunion, and 2 on Equifax and Experian.
I had understood that there was a one time fee of 99.95 to remove those, which makes sense as challenges would be copy past from one rating agency to the other.
After 3 months and one pending charge, nothing much as happened.
Lexington law is just stretching time to keep you on their subscription.
A real scam.

Paid 8 months for them to do absolutely nothing. Waste of time and money.

Patience is a virtue- Over 13 months Lexington Law completely repaired my credit into a usable form again. It was a combination of them challenging negative items, me paying off smaller items, and my initiative to establish new positive accounts

Terrible....Terrible..Literally took 1600.00 or so from me without doing ANYTHING...just a bunch of smoke screen calls and emails. My experience with " Lex" me "F" you outta of your money occurred in the 2016, 2017 time frame...

I absolutely despise this company. They are a scam by far. They drag on the process to keep getting money from you. I was a customer for at least 6 months paying $149 a month and my credit score not one time improved but instead credit score went down by over 80 points! Run the other way! Lexington is a big scam!

Wow - this is the first time I've legitimately felt scammed by a business.

All they do is send the 'challenges'. You yourself have to respond to any inquiries from banks and agencies. For $139 a month, you would expect a little more hand-holding. They have paralegals available on weekdays - who are nice people - but are trained moreso to keep you on the subscription service rather than actually resolve your issue.

What put me over the edge is after I expressed my displeasure, they said they would keep me on a reduced rate of $25/month since I only had 1 negative mark. Instead, I was charged $114 which is a $25 discount. WOW totally f**cked. STAY AWAY!!!
