Unexplained delays in shipping product and no responsibility taken
2 colors of Ink ordered on Friday 12/5 - checkout estimated arrival of ground shipping Wed 12/10. Package is not shipped until EOD 12/9 and tracking estimating arrival of 12/15.
Call 8:30am 12/10 to get second duplicate order rushed overnight as those Inks were needed on 12/11 at the latest for production. . . 1 of the 2 inks order ships 12/11 and arrives 12/12. As of writing this review the other half of the order has yet to ship.
At no point in the online ordering process or 3 phone calls I made trying to resolve this timing issue was I informed or warned why the order was delayed before it went to the carrier, only attempts to deflect blame by saying carrier delivery times are not guaranteed and that it was the holiday season. This did not sit well at all after listening to the phone hold recording boldly claiming that they work with carriers to deliver products in 1-2 days and will take ownership of any issues to ensure order accuracy. Neither happened. Due to the unexplained delays in getting product to the shipping company we will have been without the ink we need for 5 days beyond the listed arrival date when placing the order, not to mention being charged for an overnight delivery that did not even fully occur. No offer to cover the overnight shipping for the delayed product or any other consideration. If there was any sort of product shortage or issue, then that should have been mentioned at time of order, especially since it was very clearly spelled out that this was a time sensitive need.
