Fast Ship times were important for this particular order and even with regular shipping, I had my paper the next day. Add to the large selection of printer related supplies and LexJet is always my first stop for ordering large format print supplies.

I ordered Friday at 11 am for a delivery Monday for a rush production Job. Somehow the product did not go out until Monday, I had to spend an additional $300 in shipping for the finished products to make my deadline.

Excellent Customer Service
My product was delivered timely with no issues. I received a call from customer services once the product shipped just to let me know it was on its way. The rep noticed I was a new customer and wanted to reach out and introduce me to the company and offered personalized service for our printer needs. I was nice to know my order was more that just another sale.

This company is always easy to work with and helpful when I've had questions. Their online ink ordering system is dependable and efficient. I recently contacted them about upgrading my printer to a larger format. The salesman with whom I worked was knowledgeable and quick to respond. Highly recommend LexJet.

I ordered the Sooper Edge Safety Ruler…
I ordered the Sooper Edge Safety Ruler on Saturday, and was told it should arrive by Thursday. On checking Thursday, it was still "processing". I called, and they said they would *call* me back with more info about what was going on. Instead, I got an email saying it would arrive Monday, with no explanation. When it arrived, it was a different color than advertised (with no note that it may differ). When I called LexJet, they said they would look into it, and I asked that they *call* me back. Instead, I got another email that said for the color LexJet is advertising had not been in production for **4-5 years**, and that LexJet would have to change their product page. So, yes, I'm disappointed in the service LexJet has provided on several counts.
