Review from a regular customer (professional single Dad) 5+ years now. Good comms and consistent staff make for an excellent service. Trudy and Grace stand out with particular attention to detail. Highly recommended.

We had a full house Spring clean and we were so happy with the result. We have a five bedroom house and just left the cleaners to it. Came home to an absolutely beautiful deeply clean house. Skirting boards, furniture pulled out, everything. Thank you LGL staff. Amazing job. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.
Also, they are a very nice company to deal with. Very professional.

I have LGL cleaning our office at CDC Garage Doors every Friday, the staff are always on time and do a fantastic job, they always go above and beyond.

I worked for claire and she is so amazing never had a boss like her so supportive and understanding. She work so hard to make sure her staff give the customers a quality cl3an they pay for.

Worked here for about 2 years, Claire is a very nice friend like boss but still very professional too! The staff are very friendly and the work is amazing! They would always leave your house exactly how you wanted it! I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

The girls always go above and beyond to make sure that my house is sparkling clean… Highly attentive always prompt and very thorough. Cant thank the team enough for each and every clean I have had. Have been an employee of LGL Cleaning Services for a number of years, great company to work for! Great team of colleagues who all work hard and help each other out and a fab boss in Claire. Always had a good working relationship with her and she's shown me great support when I've needed it.

It’s my first experience as cleaner, and when I started that job I was scared that I might not like it. But today, I feel happy to be part of the LGL team. I have seen clients thanks us with tears in their eyes and express their gratitude. These moments made me realise how much of a difference we can sometimes make in someone else’s life. There are days where we are very busy, but the teams always know how to balance between accomplishment and joyful.working here is a place where hard work meets, joy, responsibility, respect and lessons learning. I booked a deep clean for my house due to falling behind on housework and everything has been picked up from the floor/surfaces to be cleaned (not just worked around) and also tidied up for me
My bed was beautifully made and everywhere is spotless - I have never seen my carpet so cat fur free!

I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by this company. Despite our repeated requests to cancel their services, we continue to be charged for visits that we have not requested. This ongoing issue has caused us significant frustration and inconvenience.

Moreover, the owner of the business has been extremely unprofessional and abusive in their communication with us. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and has only added to our dissatisfaction with this company.

We have clearly stated multiple times that we do not want any further visits to our property. Yet, our requests have been ignored, and the situation remains unresolved.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere for more reliable and respectful service providers. Our experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare

Unprofessional and Unsafe Service. Please be careful and don't sign the contract.

I had an extremely negative experience with LGL Cleaning Services. Despite informing them multiple times that we no longer require their services, they continue to arrange appointments without our consent and send invoices for these unauthorised visits. The final straw was hearing disrespectful and unprofessional comments made about me, after Claire, the business owner, didn't end the call. This made me feel unsafe allowing their team into my home.

Their behavior has been consistently unprofessional and borderline bullying. They do not respect customer wishes and seem to prioritise their convenience over providing quality service. I strongly advise against using this company for any cleaning needs. Their lack of professionalism and respect is alarming.

I have had my 1st clean with LGL cleaning today!
The clean was fabulous!. I can't tell you how impressed I am with how professional not only the cleaners are but the whole service from start to finish, so thank you so much LGL.
The cleaners were so polite and friendly and I felt total trust in them which is a real change from my last cleaners.

The cleaning has been on point. I love coming in from work when they have been it’s like Christmas.
I have OCD and the ladies are extremely accommodating.
If I have an issue or need to change the day, I get a response immediately.
Very organised and the clean is amazing.

LGL are exceptionally easy to deal with, and do a wonderful job each time. They are easy to contact, responsive, and the cleaning has been excellent.
