The hair pins are of great quality and came in a lovely draw bag

Bought these as a gift for my daughter! They are beautiful and functional!

The hairpins are short and completely ineffective. The hair remains securely in place for approximately 5 minutes before it all starts to slip and sag badly. I cannot recommend this product. They are too bulky to hold my hair firmly. I’ve followed the videos and it’s made no difference. A lot of hype. Avoid.

Now that I have watch the tutorial I have been able to use the pin a couple of times this past week. The pin stayed in and held my hair all day. It was great. Thank you.

More important than the product is the absolute misogynist marketing campaign “Your husband deserves better than a claw clip. Show him you still care”
Are your freaking serious?? Whose husband comments on their hair clips?! I purchased these cheap ass pins before I saw their ridiculous campaign.

These do not work. Save your money.

I was so excited for this product, but the entire experience was so disappointing. First, they are manufactured and shipped from China, so they take forever to arrive and are made from cheap materials in anunethical manner. Second, when I reached out to support about the delay in shipping I was told I could get a 50% refund right then OR I could wait to receive my items, then pay to have them shipped to a return center in Paris France for a full refund (minus shipping costs). I scoured all my communications and the website, NOWHERE does it mention anything about this, just that there is an easy return option in the FAQ. I did finally receive my order, and the product itself is not when I was expecting. In no way is this better than a simple Bobby pin! It rips my hair trying to put it in, and it falls right out immediately. I asked for the 50% refund and am still waiting to hear anything back. Id give this negative stars if I could.

I was confused by their website so wrote asking for clarification on what to buy. They did not reply. I went ahead and ordered anyway but received tiny bits of plastic that weren't what I expected They are very small, not 4" long as I thought. They don't hold my hair any more than any hair pin. I have repeatedly contacted them, sent pictures as requested but not yet had any kind of real help with this. (Hard to know why they need pictures given they can see what they sent me) Customer service is no use, I have even messaged for a refund 2 days ago now but no reply. Surely a company must refund if customer is not happy but this brand won't. With customer service this poor I am wondering whether this brand is pretty much a scam. I don't recommend buying from this company they won't help with any issues you have and the product is overpriced and ineffective. Edited to add it is clear they have no intention of refunding me and I do believe this is a scam now since all reputable businesses offer returns and refund and Lialys does not. It's a pity they are still in business

In a word…. S**t. I was seduced by the glossy marketing campaign of these but despite being very expensive for what they are (£27!) they really are just cheap rubbish from China that slip out of the hair and do absolutely nothing. Please, please don’t waste your money as I did

Delivery and communication was excellent. Price point of item is slightly high.
For those with thick hair, the clip drifts a little.

This was an exciting prospect, but did not work for my hair. I was able to do it with ease with my mom's hair, but videos and many attempts on my own did not result in the expected secure fit. It fell right out. I gave them to my mom and she loves them, but these are not able to work with all hair types as advertised.

I haven’t found the slides easy to use . I have fine hair & I found the slides hard to push in fine hair & not able to hold the position well enough

Elegant hair clips that really hold! They came in a beautiful soft little bag. I hate to put my hair because I’m prone to migraines and these are perfect for lightly and effectively pulling my hair away from my face at work

Your response had been appreciated. But it is still not working for me.

Gave these a try as looked promising however they do nothing more then a standard Bobby pin does for a fraction of the price!
They are shipped from China so take an age to arrive! (Not mentioned anywhere when you order) and don't work as advertised, they certain wouldn't hold my hair all day! Im not sure they'd last an hour!

Lialys hairpin are high quality. They are smooth and easy to manipulate safely around hair with no pulls or tears. And, yes, they hold very well.

Very disappointed. They fall out of my hair, they do not do what is advertised. No hold or grip, my hair slips out.
I read they were excellent for fine hair, I was mislead.
