Utterly unprofessional and shockingly disorganised
I paid £89 for a course and had to chase them multiple times just to receive the basic documents. I emailed nearly a month ago to schedule my exam, radio silence ever since. Not a single response.
The owner clearly has no grasp of how to run a business, let alone communicate like a professional. It’s giving cowboy operation. no accountability, no structure, and certainly no respect for paying customers.
Here’s a thought: if you’re charging people for a service, maybe learn how to actually provide it. Start with a course in business basics, and while you’re at it, throw in some customer service training.
It’s genuinely exhausting trying to get even the most basic response. If you promise a service, and people are paying for it, deliver it. it’s not rocket science and customers should not have to chase you after paying £89
They sell this course with promises of support and guidance, complete lies. What they actually deliver is a digital shrug and total indifference.
Save your money and go with a company who actually values customers and the money they are giving you - there is plenty out there! A please, thank you and basic human decency when communicating with customers goes a long way.
In terms of the owners response below - again, they seem to be incompetent of running a business. My name Tash is on the review and if you search that in your emails, I emailed on the 27th of May asking to do my exam and never heard back. After paying £89 I shouldn’t be chasing you - that’s all there is to it. Your owners are rude, take no accountability and have no idea how to run a business
