LicenceHouse Reviews

Had a great experience, took 3 licenses, 1 didn't work and the support replied quickly with an working one.

simple and fast, in addition to the technical support being fast and effective

I purchased a Windows 11 Pro licence from this website, and the payment went through immediately. However, I never received the licence key or any confirmation email. When I contacted customer service, I provided the invoice and a screenshot of my order confirmation, but the representative was rude and kept saying my details “didn’t match,” even though everything I sent was correct.

To make things worse, they actually told me that if I left them a 5-star review, they would give me a Windows 10 licence instead. That’s completely unprofessional and dishonest. They have refused to send me what I paid for or issue a refund.

This website is not trustworthy. Avoid it at all costs. It feels like a scam, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to lose their money the way I did

Gave me used key i lost all my files
I bought 3 keys and all of them were used

They don't sell legit unsed keys

SCAMMERS

And wean I tried to get help from the support they said to remove the bad review I have proof of it

Payed for windows 11 home key and got only a link to download the ISO directly from microsoft, is this a joke, what?

Update 21.10.2025:
Customer service finally contacted me and provided me with a new key that works.

Key worked been buying for 3 years many codes

Ordered a windows 11 pro key.

When activating windows, got the message it was already used elsewhere. they don't provide genuine licenses.

Reached out via, contact form, mail and whatsapp. 0 response.
edit: the next day i received a new code

i received only link to download windows

EDIT1:
Company scammed me, i did not receive any more email after this. I can see from other reviews that receving NOTHING is their normal procedure. BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!

I purchased 12 Windows 11 Pro licenses but only received 5 via email. I reached out to the seller for clarification, but unfortunately received no response. Very disappointing experience…

Company need to improve a lot
This company needs improvement a lot of improvement with customer service.

They sent us the invoice, but they didn't send the email with the actual code.
I have to send at least 2 emails but didnt get a response yet!!

edit: after 4 hours i got a replay with the code, test it and it is working, i dont mean to leave a bad review but i expect immedate delivery for a digital product.

The experience didn't start off great because the key didn't work but the support was quick to give me a usable one.
