After more than a month waiting, time for a public review...

1000% scamer .. do not buy ..

I bought a reseller service from them 3 days ago, to this day, not a single word - the service is still pending. I tried opening a ticket and reaching out on WhatsApp, there has been no reply to date.

Scammer, I purchase license its been 48 hours and no one replying. I would say dont go for thier services.

They claim 954 trustpilot reviews on there website. Dishonest and untrustworthy. These are actions of scammers

I purchased a reseller account 3 days ago, and even though it shows as "activated" in the panel, I have not received any login details. Their so-called 24/7 support is completely unresponsive — I’ve tried email, tickets, and even WhatsApp, but no reply at all.

On top of that, their system is full of issues — it doesn’t send any emails whatsoever, not even basic account recovery messages from WHMCS.

Extremely frustrating experience so far.

They released the reseller system less than a month ago, and it's already riddled with problems.
The system doesn't allow you to delete or edit licenses, and they continue to automatically renew every month, debiting your account balance without authorization.

Furthermore, the WHMCS module is completely unstable, presenting database errors even after following the steps correctly.
Support is another disaster—they take weeks to respond and don't resolve anything.

RUN! RUN! RUN! It's a trap!

THIS SITE LOOKS TO BE A SCAM, IVE PAID FOR A RESELLER ACCOUNT, their was a problem with the payment on their site so its ended up being paid 4 times
ive contacted them and no reply. ILL EDIT THIS REVIEW IF THEY SORT THE PROBLEM. IF THEY DONT ILL LEAVE THIS HERE SO PEOPLE KNOW NOT TO USE

the owner also sent me a WhatsApp message saying

I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience here has been disappointing enough that I feel I need to warn others. When I signed up, the services themselves technically worked, but there were immediate issues. I specifically paid for a hosting package that included X cores, yet what I actually received was only 2 cores. That’s not just a small mistake — it’s a serious downgrade from what was promised.

I contacted support straight away to get this resolved. Unfortunately, their customer service is extremely slow. It’s now been 10 full days since I opened my ticket and I still have no proper solution. Every time I check for updates, there’s either no response or a vague answer that doesn’t address the problem.

What’s most frustrating is that I paid for a premium service, expecting the advertised specifications and decent support. Instead, I’ve had to waste time chasing them for something I already paid for. The LiteSpeed setup also wasn’t what was advertised, which adds to the feeling that you’re not really getting what you think you’re buying.

Overall, while the basic service “works,” the misleading specifications, incorrect LiteSpeed setup, and the unacceptably slow support make this a bad experience. If you value accuracy, transparency, and timely customer service, I cannot recommend them based on what I’ve been through.

The business is a complete scam and unreliable. Made a custom request with them, after payment, they started changing the conditions of our deal, even though everything has been recorded in our WhatsApp conversation. The owner is a complete scumbag. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM OR THEIR OTHER WEBSITE BEGPL.COM

Requested a refund as soon as they failed to comply with my request, but guess what.. of course they "don't make any refunds". Scammers!

Total scammer and cheater. Completely untrustworthy — stay away. Wastes time, lies constantly, and cannot be relied on for anything

They are big cheaters. They claim to sell shared licenses, but in reality, they are selling nulled items. Legal action should be taken against them. Their support is absolutely zero – they take the money and disappear..

I tried to contact to support area from WhatsApp and email support but I'm waiting a answer from 19th of April until today.
I purchased a product that say free updates included and when I tried to get update the last question of support area was if I purchased update and any reply again. To much time waiting without resolve problem. Before was a good experience but now very bad experience in this website.

We purchased several licences and while they worked at the start, they only worked for about a week until they stopped working.

Different issues; IP address isn't licenced, unable to contact licence server etc.

It's now been 4-weeks since we've submitted support tickets, been in contact with them on WhatsApp and we just don't get a response.

Really poor form. And it makes me think that all these five-star reviews are just fake to drown out the legitimate reviews.

Purchase with caution.

Update: 15 May 2025; the team at licencedash have since been in touch after seeing our negative review. We've asked for a full refund given that no licence we've purchased had worked for more than a few days. Their response was "If you want your refund I request you to remove the review and we will refund you instantly!"

Total scam. Took my money, has my card info and provided nothing.

Their "tech support" via what's app is not answered either.

Stay away from licensedash - they'll take your $$$ and give you 0
