The lifetime term is fake and their response is rude

I purchase the license as it was lifetime. It stopped working. I lost all the data saved, Contacted the support and this was told:

Purchased Office 365 from Licensetool at just 699/- for 5 loggings. Been using it for 02 years. No problem as of now.

Unable to use word, Excell etc. Got message for one week displaying "Please activate before 29th October 2023" After 29th office is not working. Please help to reactivate.

Bought Kaspersky antivirus. But did not receive activation code. They don't have a contact phone no. Only a support email address but they will not reply.

I bought Windows 11 key, it's not in working condition and it showing that is already used by some other person,l. When I fetched the help
of the support team I didn't receive proper response.

I want to know the following :

1. Are you able to see my password ?
2. Are you able to my data in cloud storage ?
3. How much licenses I used ?
4. Microsoft Defender is not working

Please do not buy anything from this website, they provide you id which works for a few months and then it will stop responding on one drive, Same happened with me the support team provide me another user id and password, and when I logged in with that id my language change to Vietnamese instead of English. They are totally fraudulent guys do not believe them.
