The shoes are not as advertized. They are very cheaply made. This is a scam. Don't order shoes from them.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from Liceria global they had a decent web sight and I looked into reviews all seemed ok , but since my goods have arrived it’s been a different story . The shoes took 2 weeks to arrive ( that’s ok) no mention they were coming from Hong Kong . Also the web sight is not theirs and the shop front they advertise is not theirs either . The shoes are the worst quality they are made of pressed paper, cork and plastic . They were sold as orthopaedic shoes they don’t even bend when you walk they are so hard . Do not use this company they are a scam and not cheap .

Fraud alert! The products are completely different than described. Cheap plastic shoes. Then when you ask for refund they harrass you and try to get you to take less than full refund and mail shoes to CHINA. Do not order from this site. Cheaters and liars.

I ordered a bag with caravans on and a bag with sailing boats came. There was no option available NOT to take shipping insurance. It took weeks to come and was completely the wrong bag. They refused to send the correct one and told me to return it to China and pay for the return. Each contact produced a different address and in Chinese. I have given up but don't touch them with a barge pole!!! The whole thing is a setup clearly designed to evade the credit card company drawing the money back.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered what was supposed to be sea glass bird art, and I received a fuzzy photo of sea glass birds. I tried to get a refund, and was only offered 15% credit after numerous attempts to contact them. Liceria Global is now flagged by my security suite as a suspicious and possibly fraudulent website. Live and learn.

Totally misrepresented on their website, like not even close!! What I received was not "seaglass" by any stretch of the imagination, it was a photo, and a rather blurry one at that. They should be shut down for false advertising!

Similar to another review I just saw, I ordered what was supposed to be a framed piece of driftwood with birds made out of seaglass. I received a terrible framed picture of birds made out of seaglass on a twig. I immediately emailed and was offered a 10% refund, then 20% refund, then a full refund if I paid for shipping back to the company. Again, I did not receive what I ordered so I shouldn't have to bear any cost for this company's mistake. They are terrible and fraudulent. Do not purchase from this company. They are a scam and are absolute trash.

I ordered what was marketed as glass birds and all I got was a fuzzy photo of birds in a frame. They offered me a 15% refund after I complained and I replied ‘you must be joking’.
They are dishonest and a complete fraud. Do not think of dealing with this company.

We received our “quilted” bags. Which were cheap printed bags. One was the wrong design. We are now 3 weeks in to trying to get a refund, I have been offered %, I have offered to return the bags to china at my cost for a refund, they are now refusing to send any paperwork to get these returned. Products are awful, customer service polite but useless. Don’t buy anything from them!

The qulited bag advertised was not delivered. Plain printed bag of very poor quality received. On complaint they only wish to make a small refund. To return the article to China is prohibitively expensive.
This appears to be a scam.

SCAM!! Ordered a bag with books on it, what arrived was not the same bag. Extremely poor quality, and completely different to what was ordered. I emailed the company to tell them the wrong item had been sent with photos. They would not acknowledge it was a different item. Would only offer to refund me 20% and to keep the bag as a gift. I stated UK consumer law as it is their fault and have requested a charge back from Santander. They have since offered me 30% refund if I return the item to China. With this proviso
(Before the package is sent out, please take a photo of the product you need to return (multiple products in one photo). When the product we received is different from what you sent back, we cannot give you a full refund.)

Product was not as described or shown on the advert on the website. Was supposed to be a mug with 3-d metal ridges on it. I was sent a mug with a printed picture which didn’t even match up where it joined. I could have bought a mug like that for one third or less at local store. Downright misleading and not worth the money.

Liceria Co. is a totally fraudulent buyer’s SCAM. Don’t be fooled by the fancy words and promises. I purchased a sea glass bird sculpture with 12 birds. The offering on site claimed that the sea glass was collected from the beach - each and every glass stone - and lovingly attached to a driftwood branch. I paid a total of $57.06 for a plastic frame with a PHOTOGRAPH ! ! There was no glass, no branch and a cheap white plastic frame. This is a total SCAM and my credit card company has been notified for a complete refund!

My Husband had the same experience as the other customers below. The Jackets he paid for, over £100 and for Christmas Presents, were not as advertised. Quality was terrible and not as shown on web site. He tried to get in touch but the emails have been removed, and not by him! So who do we go to now for help? There is no information with the delivery or on the packaging. I agree with the previous customer - STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS WEB SITE & others like it, I am still trying to get the money back from my bank!

This is a total, utter SCAM company and to be avoided at all costs. I (foolishly) responded to an online ad and ordered a good-looking jacket before Christmas but when it arrived it was of very inferior quality, did not fit properly, was the wrong colour and far from the lovely looking coat seen on both the initial advert and also their website. I have tried to return the miserable thing but instead of providing me with a return address I was offered a 'goodwill' refund of 20% plus the suggestion that I give it a friend! Frankly, I wouldn't give it to my worst enemy, let alone a mate of mine. I have now asked Barclaycard to intervene on my behalf to reclaim the full and wasted cost of £68.92. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Scam. Product delivered was nothing like it showed.It took forever and there's no way to get a hold of anyone. The email they listed for support is not existent. There's no other way listed to get a hold of em. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Don’t order from this company, you’ll be disappointed. Quality is very poor and there is no way to return as the email contact address doesn’t work.

This is a scam website … i got robbed for ₹600 and now they have shut down their website too..
