From the moment you walk into reception through to your treatment or consultation, you feel like you matter and are recognised. Liesl's work is subtle and measured, making it look as though you have not had anything done, you just look 'brighter'.

I completed a full cellulite treatment course last year and was advised that it could take up to six months to see proper results. Unfortunately, it has now been well over six months and I have seen absolutely no noticeable improvement.What makes this even more disappointing is that I also lost over a stone in weight during this time, so I expected at least some visible change. Sadly, nothing has improved and the treatment feels like a complete waste of money.I raised my concerns but no refund, solution, or proper support was offered. Overall, I’m very dissatisfied with both the results and the customer service experience.

My experience from beginning to end was quite underwhelming. I didn’t feel truly heard or thoughtfully guided toward my personal goals. The recommendations seemed broad and impersonal rather than specifically tailored to my needs, which left me feeling more unsure than confident afterward. Although Dr. Liesel was courteous, the overall environment of the clinic lacked the warmth and reassurance I had anticipated. Sadly, it was not the encouraging and confidence-building experience I had hoped for.

I’ve been to see Agi for hydrafacials before and have recommended her to a friend. I really like the treatment, I feel like my skin is getting a really deep clean, and Agi is fantastic at what she does. The new clinic is lovely and a very calm environment for all.

This was my second visit to Dr Liesel’s clinic. I had dermal filler in the cheeks to provide structure. As a man in his 40s, I wanted a very natural result — nothing feminine and nothing that looks like I’ve had “work done”.

After explaining all of this, Dr Liesel completely put me at ease. Her experience really shows, and she knows exactly how to achieve a subtle, balanced result. The outcome was perfect: completely natural, just fresher, well-rested, and like a few years have been taken off.

Dr Liesel is always warm and friendly, which is a refreshing change compared to some clinics you find around Harley Street. The whole team are lovely and very welcoming — especially Shara at the front desk.
