TWO FACES OF LITFAD: Polite in public, Liars and Scammers in private!

Do not be fooled by LITFAD’s polite public responses. It is a calculated mask. Behind the scenes, they are masters of manipulation and psychological exhaustion. I have been dragged through their lies for TWO YEARS. A package from the Moon would have arrived by now, but after 730 days, I am still empty-handed.
​The truth about their "VIP" manipulation:

​THE "48 HOURS" TRAP: Every time you catch them in a lie, they say: "Wait 48 hours." They have said this for two years! They lie so much they can no longer keep track of their own stories.
​PUBLIC VS. PRIVATE: Javno se prave fini, a privatno me mrcvare. They begged me not to report them to the authorities and told me: "Choose ANY desk from our website as compensation for your 2-year suffering, at NO extra cost." * THE BETRAYAL: As soon as I selected a replacement, they showed their true face. They started inventing fake "price limits" and "130% rules" that were never in the agreement. They literally tried to bribe me for my silence, and then they cheated on the bribe!
​FORCED REFUND: After stealing two years of my life, they issued a forced refund to run away from their written promise. This is not a "solution"—it is a criminal escape from responsibility.
​Since I cannot upload images here, I AM TELLING EVERYONE: Contact me for the screenshots. I have proof of their public "kindness" versus their private lies. They are a disgrace to honorable Chinese companies.

I placed an order in January, still have not received the goods. I have had email communication with the customer support team and have been given numerous different excuses as to why I have not received my order. I have asked for a full refund, but have only been offered 10% discount on my order. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS DESPICABLE COMPANY.
Although I have I have given them a 1 star rating, I would have liked to give 0 stars if it were possible.

Keep away! I spent nearly 200 pounds on flooring tiles, and when they arrived, I did not have the correct amount, and they were completely damaged! There's basically no customer service!

Over three months to deliver an item that was very poor quality and had turned up with several pieces broken.
I have been requesting a refund and return for several weeks and they keep offering a small discount on other products instead of refunding the faulty item.

The have even said that if I involved trading standards they will refuse to refund.

Parcel not delivered, customer service said not their responsibility once despatched, to ensure it is delivered, even though I paid them to deliver the parcel.

SCAM ALERT – Avoid This Website!

Do not purchase from this website. It is operated by a Chinese company pretending to be a UK-based retailer. The website looks professional and convincing, so I didn’t realise this until after I placed my order.

I purchased shoe rack. The site claimed “fast delivery”, but once I paid, I received an email saying it would take 28 days. In reality, it arrived after two months — poorly packed in a single box and with damaged and missing parts. The assembly instructions were only in Chinese, and I had to spend extra time finding an English version online.

When I discovered that a key part was missing, I contacted their customer support. They told me it would take another six weeks to send the replacement. I requested to return the entire order, as I didn’t want to wait three months for a single part. After weeks of back-and-forth, they said the part was “not available” and offered only a 35% refund if I could get it made locally. I eventually had a local carpenter fabricate the missing piece and assemble the shoe rack.

Now, after all that, the company has offered a 15% refund, I doubt if they really give that amount. Now, I have decided to contact my bank to dispute the transaction..

This experience has been extremely frustrating and time-consuming. Avoid this website at all costs — they are misleading customers with false claims and poor after-sales support.

I ordered a book case in early July, which took nearly 12 weeks to arrive (late Sept). There were some key parts missing and it has taken until mid October for them to tell me they have 'shipped' them to me. But no deliver date and if they come by sea and then have to be collected at the port as with the shelves.... I 'expect to see them until the new year. Customer service are quick to respond to emails and say nice things by they don't deliver!! No idea what the shelves are like because I cant put them together without the missing parts.

Really dreadful company but sadly typical of Chinese companies with regard to customer service. I ordered an item for the first time from Litfad two weeks ago. I heard nothing more so emailed for an update. The reply came yesterday pointing out that the estimated delivery date would be 20/11/25. Stunned I cancelled the item only to be told the item had now shipped from the warehouse in China and is now presumably travelling by camel overland, mountain and sea to arrive some time this year. I am left feeling I have been taken for an idiot again and am left feeling that before I buy anything I have to research the company and check Trustpilot. So sick of overseas traders.

Hi I bought a Shoe cabinet it is sooo flimsy waited 3 months for delivery it’s awful
When wanting to return item I was offered a stupid free lamp then a silly discount
Later on litfad is so desperate it offered me any item up to the same value for free the furniture is soo bad I refused that
All I want is a full refund and they won’t refund me so now I have to take matters further and get my refund from my bank
I would never recommend this company to anyone in fact stay away from them
Customer service is crap
Never again

At the time of purchase, one month delivery time was offered. Now their tracking shows delivery will be made after more than two months. Very bad company. DO NOT buy any products from them. Don't waste your time and money. They should be banned from selling in the West.

I ordered a side table from this company it was not cheap , it arrived like it had been towed down the road behind a pick up truck , there wasn't one panel that didnt have damage to it

I emailed the company with photos and was offered a free gift , i refused then they offered s 5 % refund which I also refused
My next stop is paypal as the goods fall well short of a premium product
I havent even put this together yet im that disappointed
Stay well clear of this crowd there crooks of the highest order

If I could give a negative I would. This company is a scam. Images on their website are AI generated and not at all what you receive. I purchased a white contemporary bookshelf. The one I received was only white on one side of each panel - the other side was an unsightly dark red/brown colour which was very visible. Nearly every panel was damaged either through transit or simply because it is such poor quality. When I reported it to the company they offered only a 10% refund as they said that although it is not all white it still works as a bookshelf. Never mind that it is ugly as sin and not at all what I purchased. They have refused to accept that they misrepresented and said there could be a difference in manufacturing. Yes - you only finished one side of each panel! I warn every one - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LITAD!!

Terrible company
Please don’t buy from them got delivered a desk that was scratched and in terrible condition will not give me a refund just constantly offering me 10 percent off next order and saying this don’t effect use of item
And offering me glow up lamp instead

Terrible experience with Litfad. Bedside tables ordered but arrived severely damaged and scratched. Alerted Litfad to the issues immediately to seek resolution but terrible customer service. No telephone number provided when requested. Emails back and forth and going around in or led with them explaining the same issues and have provided into evidence of the damaged defective goods five times. no substantive resolution has been offered and an all round very stressful experience! Avoid this company at all costs! We may have to come to terms with losing our couple of hundred pounds for the tables (money we don’t have) and faulty bedside tables we ordered. Very disappointing.

Stay clear, terrible company. I bought a desk that took two months to turn up, then just before it was due to be delivered it was returned with reason unknown. All their customer services could tell me was it was being returned for reason unknown and they would be charging me for destruction of the product. Really?? Finally rearranged delivery and had a broken box with missing parts and nothing usable. Customer services are doing everything they can to not refund me, taking days to respond to each message. Ordered in March and still no resolution. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I’ve recently received my order from lifted
Yes I have to say it is quite a long wait to receive delivery
But when it came it was in good condition
And worth the money I paid for it
The assembly instructions was in Chinese
So I emailed lifted to tell them and within the hour they sent me instructions in English
So if you are willing to wait that bit longer for delivery I would recommend lifted
