Beautiful - love the gift box

After receiving a morsecode bracelet myself for a special birthday, I have since bought 2 more for close friend’s birthdays. Each has been unique, beautifully made and delivered in a timely fashion and both recipients were thrilled with their gift. I love the hidden coded message aspect… a really personal touch just between us.

After a minor fault with the first wallet I ordered (which was otherwise beautiful), Life Less Ordinary replied straight away assuring they would send a replacement which arrived incredibly quickly! The replacement was in excellent condition, durable and gorgeous material, clearly good quality and well-made. Communication and customer service was impeccable, from the start they replied promptly and politely and catered to my every need. What a lovely alternative to a leather wallet! And the personalised engraving was a wonderful touch, my boyfriend loved his gift :)

I ordered a Morse Code bracelet for my grandson. It arrived quickly it is very nice, excellent quality and he is very pleased with it. One minor thing, it would be nice if there could be a separation between characters - the Dits and Dahs, apart from that it is brilliant and pretty unique.

Ordered a cork wallet for my husband's birthday and had it personalised. It's great quality and he was delighted. Great customer service.

I ordered a necklace for my husband as it were our first wedding anniversary. The necklace arrived promptly but was missing my personalisation. However, I got in touch asap and they replied the same day and sent me a new necklace out as I'd ordered. It arrived very quickly. The necklace is perfect. My husband absolutely loves it. Got the morse code tigers eye bracelet for my 14 year old son as a birthday gift. He absolutely loves it! Got it personalised so it meant so much more to him. Seller communication was great and they were very helpful with size info. Would definitely purchase from here again.

I ordered a black cork wallet from this online store. It was dispatched very quickly and arrived shortly via royal mail. It is a good quality wallet at a great price, and it's become my main wallet for everyday life. I'm happy with my purchase and everything went well. I might look at some of their homemade jewelley next time!

Ordered two bracelets for Valentine’s Day and loved them even more than I expected. Such a special concept (morse code message bracelets) - arrived really quickly too!

I bought a Morse code bracelet, ages ago which my husband really liked, worn it to forever never took it off his wrist until it snapped, got in touch with these lovely people, sent back the snapped bracelet for repair for free, but the bracelet got lost in the post. Back and forth messaging then we got a new replacement at no cost!
It was unexpected, amazing effort!

I recently placed an order with Life Less Ordinary for two of their lovely bracelets. Unfortunately when they were delivered I realised that a mistake had been made with the colour of the bracelets that had been sent and this is when I found out what type of company I was dealing with.
I emailed a photo of what had been sent and they responded with an immediate apology and assurances that they would resolve the problem without delay. Their customer service has been first class and they have done everything within their power to resolve the problem as fast as possible.
I have bought from many online suppliers over the years and occasionally something goes wrong, in this case Life Less Ordinary took the opportunity to show what a fantastic company they are and have left me wanting to recommend them to my family and friends.
