The first two wallets I ordered had imperfections but these were very quickly and courteously dealt with by the friendly staff. The wallet is great and my partner was really pleased with it - lots of pockets and space to fit cards and cash in. Amazing customer service.

Excellent quality, excellent adorable handwritten note. It came faster than originally noted. Boyfriend cried when he opened it for Christmas. ☺️ He said it’s super sturdy and secure compres to his former wallet. He loves that there’s so much room to put his card.

From start to finish Joe was an absolute pleasure to order from and communicate with. I received a very well detailed picture of what the finished product would look like, as well as a reference to my coordinates to double check that they were for the correct place.
I’ve never had a company follow up like that before, usually it would be a case of they do what you have stated and if it is wrong then that is your problem, but Joe goes the extra mile to ensure that you’re happy with everything and the details are correct before he creates your special piece.

The time it took to get my order is absolutely worth a special mention all on its own! I ordered in the early hours of the 1st of November, I was 19 hours late in replying to Joe to give him the green light on the design, and now here it is in my hands at 10am on the 3rd!
I’m astounded at how fast Joe managed to create this truly beautiful bespoke piece and have it shipped to me. It even comes in the most wonderful little gift bag and a card full of seeds to plant!

10/10 service with excellent communication and the finished product went beyond my expectations and is even more perfect that I had imagined.

Bought as a gift arrived quickly recipe ent very happy 😃

Very happy with my purchase of the cork wallet. Looks lovely and has a window for a photograph, and best of all it’s vegan so no animals harmed :-). I chose to have it gift wrapped with a message, the message came on a card with flower seeds inside which I thought was a nice touch. Delivery was very fast, I would order from this company again.

I have never experienced customer service like I have here. Life Less Ordinary has been extremely helpful and friendly from the beginning!
