DO NOT PRESS ANY BUTTON DIRECTED TO THEIR SITE. They fish you with a cheaper course then they mislead you through the site with these buttons to get access to the course you just paid and then BOOM! you get charged an extra $99 dollars. I emailed them right back and they told me that unfortunately their policy is to NOT refund you when you obviously had immediately contacted them and never intended to sign up for their yearly subscription!

Go there at your peril – it’s a SCAM.

I bought a single course for $19, but they also took an extra $99 as a one‑month subscription without my explicit consent. They later claimed that, before I accessed the course, there had been a checkbox I could have unchecked to avoid the $99 charge, and even emailed a screenshot to “prove” it. There was NO such checkbox when I made my purchase.

Despite that, they initially refused to refund the $99. I sent several emails over three days and, eventually – when I had almost lost hope – they issued a full refund. I also requested a refund for the course itself due to quality issues (substandard English) and received that as well.

All in all, a VERY close shave. Be very, very careful – unless you actually want a subscription, in which case it’s a different story altogether.

Life long level up is such a big scam and wish that they get out of market sooner than later. I was scammed big time after registering for one course. People, please do not encourage such scammers.

I purchased what I believed was a one-time workshop/course, but later discovered that the company had enrolled me into a recurring subscription without my clear consent. I did not knowingly agree to any ongoing payments.

When I contacted customer support, they refused to issue a refund for the subscription charge and instead offered an extension of access. While they were polite, this did not resolve the issue, as I never intended to subscribe in the first place.

I strongly advise anyone considering this platform to read every detail carefully and be cautious with payment information. My experience felt misleading, and I would not want others to be caught off guard the way I was.

Scam site, I signed up for a $19 course and they took €259 from my account days later, with no notification of me to accept the payment. Apparently it gives access to use the full site and all courses for a year, after 7 days. I have no use or interest for all the courses. A very misleading site, and I am taking legal action about my refund, I got a very abrupt email from their support team, telling me I am wrong and threatening me about having a bad credit rating if I take my refund. Also the site says you have 14 days to request a full refund if you’re not happy. And I have screenshot everything.

Like a lot of customers, I too only wanted one course which I paid for , then when 67 pounds came out of my account was mortified that they had decided that I wanted a subscription for all of the courses, I tried like others to get a refund, in which i was rejected, The thing is that their signing up page leads down very many routes which was very hard to navigate, I had left the page but had no idea that they would automatically subscribe me..Customer services are very harsh so please if you don't want full subscription for 89 dollars or 67 English pounds avoid at all costs literally

Beware that when purchasing a single course, they automatically add a "gift" for you to use their full platform as a 7-day-trial - without a single question on whether you want this to be added. I was surprised to see it in my order confirmation email.
To be honest, as I never wanted it, I checked it out for 2 minutes then forgot about it. After a few days I checked in the list of my Subscriptions on my phone ssttings but as it is not an app, it didn't show and I just left it, being busy with other things.
After the 7 days, there was no email asking for my confirmation whether I wanted to pay for a subscription and they automatically charged me 89 USD. Thus, the single course cost me 108 USD in total - pretty pricey, hmm?
I asked them to refund this amount as I was only interested in buying one course but they refused.
I am not a big fan of companies forcing customers to become subscibers when they don't actually want to be. Hoping they forget to cancel the free trial they never even wanted at the first place.
