I was suspicious to start off with as there were an application online then they have said I'm pre approved and then they asked me to chat with them and go through my personal expenses. Well after a couple of hours I have been awarded the loan when I was automatically refused everywhere else. You talk to real people and you are not an algorithm which is always nice.
