I use the Vitamin C 500g white pills. I made a mistake a took the 250g Vitamin C pills and I noticed these aren't white BUT greyish in color. Is this normal for the 250g pills?
Thank you.

Hello Aleksander,
As you ordered a product that is held in our cold storage warehouse this was sent separately and will usually arrive quicker than the other products on your order.
We have sent an email to verify which products are missing so we can track that for you.
Kind regards,

Good product, careless order handling
I ordered 2 bottles of 180 tablets and quickly received 2 bottles of 90 - luckily I noticed and emailed them at once. I didn't receive a reply. I considered contacting PayPal to resolve the issue, but then, over a week later, I received the remainder of the order, with a scribbled apology on the packing slip. I know anyone can make mistakes, but I would have liked a reply to my email.

Hello,
Thank you for your comment and the order you have just placed with us!
We have increased the price of the product you have ordered only once this year to stay in compliance with the manufacturers recommended retail price.
To leave a 1 star review based on this is very unfair and does not reflect the service provided to you on the previous orders of the same product.
Also glad to see that you took advantage of our current offer, which gave a discount and we'll be sending your order to you with no delivery charge!
Excellent service thank you
