Dealing with this company and using their products has been an absolute nightmare. I had adverse reactions to their MB Core. The information I was given was incorrect. No responsibility taken to date. To deal with them is equally a nightmare. I returned unopened product and I cannot get them to refund it even when I've provided proof of return they are denying having received it. To top it all off , the product doesn't even work!

I took protandim for a month had a hart attack never had hart problems before was not satisfied could not get a refund

A mistake on their end was made with an order. I was still charged $16 shipping even though when I called to stop it was still in their warehouse.
Getting what I needed was a fiasco. It was sent in 2 separate packages at $16 a pop. They blew it and forgot to send one with me waiting for 2 weeks.
I like their product but am researching alternatives
This fiasco shows real sleazy business patterns
I ended up paying $50 for shipping and it was their mistake!

I’ve ordered 3 months supply of this liquid collars for $178 per order. Has done nothing for my skin. Save your money ! Beyond disappointed

I've been subscribing Protandim Nrf2 Synergizer Nrf2 from lifevantage since the start of 2024. Iam absolutely thrilled with this product! Iam taking it myself and I am feeling so much better than I did before.

The main reason for my review is my dog Bailey who I love dearly. Bailey is a 25kg Shar Pei and he is suffering badly from food allergies. Recently my vet prescribed Fortiflora probiotic powder not realising it is made from poultry, a protein my boy is highly allergic to. His ears were in a terrible state, sore and bleeding. It was even recommended for Bailey to have his ear canals removed as his condition seemed incurable.
I've stopped giving him Purina Fortiflora, avoiding all allergy causing proteins and I put him on his 1/2 tablet NRF2 (dosage for a 25kg dog) and his ears cleared within 10 days!!! Usually food allergies and therefore the recovery can take up to 3 months.
He is now on his daily NRF2 and no more signs of sore ears and skin. Iam absolutely thrilled. Bailey will be on NRF2 for the rest of his life as thanks to this supplement he's so healthy now! Avoiding all allergens is also essential for recovery.

I used their products MB GLP-1 for 3 months religiously. Take two capsules in the morning with a full glass of water at least 30 minutes before food and then two scoops of the pink powder during the day. I was promised I would see results within a few weeks, which then got moved to 6 weeks and finally, definitely see at 3 months. I exercise 6/7 days a week, sometimes twice a day. I did not see any difference either with my weight or in terms of inches off my body. Total waste of money (£171 per month). I even took the supplements when I travelled to Malaysia because I didn’t want to miss a day.
As a company, they were very good with sending the supplements, no delays.
I started my journey on 18/4/25 and ended 16/07/25.

I'm a nurse, trying to be open to new products to help my husband and I seek other alternatives to assist our health and others. This product has not been what we expected. We both did it together, down 3lbs combined. I feel more distended on these shakes and my gut feels off. I may stop it for a week to see if I get back to not feeling uncomfortable. I already eat a high fiber diet and this really isn't working, sorry to say...... we will go back to what has worked for us as adding something new never hurts but it was a $400 plus investment. We would rather spend it on organic food. Honest opinion.

Well I just wanted to say that I signed up because my doctor was a telling me how much that it is changing life's. And he is right, the stuff I got is great. It came in great packaging I was expecting something small. My collagen came in big glass bottles, and the Mb core, Mb enhance is huge. And the Protandim, if this can really take an protect the cells from damage. I'm in, I will be doing the Life Advantage challenge, that is what I'm calling it. I will record my progress for ya'll. Keep ya posted. And please watch out for Scams because there is a lot of people out there who have fake products. The real stuff cost. I buy from consultants. They send the shopping cart, and I love this so far.

The advertise money back review and I sent my product back a week after arrival but they never refunded

Been taking for almost 8 weeks. They claim average 9 pounds loss in 8 weeks. But then when you don’t lose the way claimed, they say everyone is different and don’t go by the scale. Yet my weight is up two pounds and all my measurement are up as well as my BMI, they claim you lose visceral fat. Mine is the same. And muscle weight is down a smidge. I am not experiencing any of the other claims as energy, reduced food noise, less cravings. I don’t notice anything actually.

Absolute scam doesn't work sales are way to pushy.

MALTODEXTRIN, GMO CORN, PESTICIDES, SPIKES BLOOD SUGAR, can be fatal for diabetics, causes hypoglycemia also irritable bowel syndrome or worsens this condition, lessens good intestinal flora, messes up digestion. In a ton of supplements and processed foods, I was consuming 6 tabs a day not realizing till I could not sleep and found out from Dr Berg about this ingredient as I became glycemic from this ingredient. I can document this, I took my blood sugar! You absolutely must reformulate to omit this or you will be forced to by the new gov admin who will clean up all foods and additives for America because life vantage will become a misnomer!

LifeVantage products have helped me get my life and health back. I have always had good responses from customer support - they have replaced damaged shipments with no fuss and answer questions. Connecting with like-minded health focused community is a huge bonus! the correct email is support@ not info@

If you wish to be frustrated, disappointed, upset, waste your time in endless backs and forwards with customer service agents that are incredibly difficult to deal with then Life Advantage is the one for you!

This is a network marketing company, where you deal with an independent consultant and the Life Advantage customer service.

The email address on their emails and website is incorrect meaning that these emails bounce back to you. The only email address that works is support@***.com but don't be surprised when the agent responding answers your email with something completely unrelated and ignores your query.

Requests to escalate will not assist you either.

If you choose to call them, they put you on mute with no warning and ignore you. Then after 10-15mins they hang up on you.

This has not been a one off experience for me, every touch point with customer service has been awful and they love to contradict each other.

To quote Life Advantage your consultant is unable to assist you with your queries and you must go through their customer service as "consultants are not employees of Life Advantage" and therefore there are privacy rules restricting them from helping you.

I have been sent and charged for goods that I didn't request.

I have been charged full price for goods that were meant to have credits applied. Be warned their monthly subscriptions send goods to you earlier, resulting in you receiving them every 3 weeks.

Signed up for auto ship took 4 people to finally get it right, had to keep calling for an order, worst part is, they shipped an order and then e-mailed me to confirm order, this was the only time I didn’t have to call. Immediately called to cancel order, said I would have to pay for shipping because it was already shipped. Buyers Beware This Company just wants your money but you have to do all the work because they don’t know the term auto ship
