Bought one KVM SSD VPS, and after 6 days still not activated!!!

Support is non-existent, both when opening tickets and on discord.

If you want to buy a "cheap" vps, don't buy it here.

Extremely awful service. I bought a one-year service from these. In the first few days, the service was interrupted. I sent them a ticket several times, and they did not give me any answer. After 24 days, they answered me today that the problem has been solved!

I have been using their services for about six months. In the beginning it was not bad, inexpensive servers with good performance. But then problems started, then the new server is activated for several weeks, then the servers simply stop working, plus PayPal was removed and prices were raised. Now none of the 15 servers are working (£75 per month), I wrote to support back in September, it's now half October, no response, no servers, no refund. But on the other hand, letters requesting payment for services arrive steadily every day, 5-7 pieces each!

Uptime is really bad. Sometimes your VPS may be down for 3+ hours! But actually prices are REALLY cheap. I used this provider from may to mid july and I'm moving to more reliable hosting.

Definitely one of the best hosting providers I've used. Very low prices, got a cheap yearly promotion which works great and I've used other monthly options before and they are worth it. Very fast support as well, the problems I faced were completely solved in a couple hours.

This hosting company has false reviews, probably paid reviews from some websites or smtgh like that.Don't trust it!

Worst hosting ever, it's out of stock every time.. can't buy anything, support doesn't respond to requests, they deleted all my data so I changed host right after the failure because I don't want to wait until the next life to get it back. Fu Marius and Ionel! One big scam company.
