6 MONTHS LATER AND STILL NO REFUND, SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really hope somebody will shut down this site: It's been almost 4 months since this hell began and I don't see the end of it. Spent 70 euros on items and I asked for refund and they said i will get full refund after i return items. I sent items back, paid 20 euros for shipping and till this day I didn't get refund. Trying to reach them but they didn't report to my 10 email.
Worst experience ever!

This is one of worst thing I ever did in my life. It has been almost 3 months and its not over yet. They didn't cancel my order so I needed to return it (on my own cost ofc) they said I will get refund and nothing is happening. I paid 70 euros for items, 20 euros for shipping back to them and now I'm 90 euros short, don't have items and didn't get refund. Atm I'm looking for some way to report this.

The lights are well done and the deku and bakugo ones i got look great with my figure display!

Products as shown. Dispatched and arrived in a timely manner. No need to contact seller or follow anything up

unfortunately after one week, the light stopped working. Tried changing batteries and it doesn’t work.

I ordered two shadow ligths. One of them was the wrong one and broken. So I sent them an e-mail. I was told I would hear back but nothing happend for some days and then I sent another e-mail. I never got a respons again but I sudenly got a order conformation and some time later the right light came. Thankfully I got the right thing in the end but there comunication wasnt very good and for a long time I didnt know if I would get my order. But now I am happy about the products.

Fast shipping, the light box works great and doesnt look cheap. Poor customer service communication, but the product is still 5 stars.

Good quality light, the frame even has a wooden texture.

Came our way better then I was expecting

Very terrible customer service. I received my order which is a GIFT and it wasn’t like the picture, the customer service takes days to answer. Its been three days and no answer yet like what is this?

I received the order a week after I made it. The downside was that the company didn't even notify me that they had sent it out, so I started to worry a bit, but the most important thing is that it came and works well. The face of the character does not get enough light, so it barely visible in the darkness, but the eyes and especially hair look really good.

The product looks amazing! It really is something I was looking for.

one light is not working and I have contacted the webpage but no one is answering me and this was a birthday present!
The problem has been resolved! I returned the not working light, free of charge, and I received a new working light. Thank you very much

Much better price than elsewhere and seem to be good quality. Great tracking comms so you can see how long til they’ll arrive.
