High quality training experience with excellent support from tutors.

I recently completed the Coaching Professional Level 5 Apprenticeship through Lighthouse Group and would highly recommend it. The support I got from my tutor Julie was excellent - she was very encouraging, and my trainer David provided thought provoking and engaging masterclasses. I greatly enjoyed the programme.

Excellent training provider and support from start to finish. Everything was handled professionally, and the experience was smooth and stress-free. Great communication and really friendly support throughout.
A special thank you to Julie, my tutor, and Jude, the trainer — both were fantastic and made the whole experience even better.

I recently completed the Level 5 Operations Manager course. The programme was structured exceptionally well, allowing for comprehensive learning while keeping the workload manageable alongside a fast‑paced job. Jude’s delivery of the material was excellent, and Samm’s support as a tutor made the entire experience both engaging and enjoyable.

I recently completed the Level 5 CMI Chartered Manager Programme with Lighthouse, and it was a really positive experience. Throughout the 18-month Level 5 CMI Operations Manager Apprenticeship, I was incredibly well supported by Jude and Samm.

My tutor, Jude, was absolutely amazing, always approachable, supportive, and encouraging throughout the entire journey.

Samm was also fantastic, highly responsive, always ready to help, and a great source of encouragement throughout the programme. No matter what challenges came up along the way, Samm was there to guide me and keep me motivated every step of the way.

Overall, Jude and Samm made this a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Lighthouse as a training provider.

She went above and beyond to make sure I stay motivated and continue with the course when I had a big change in my work situation. I recently complete the Coaching Professional Apprenticeship with Lighthouse. I found the experience to have been really positive. The structure and cadence of the training was spread out well. The training provided by David was really useful, and covered both theory, practical application and feedback. My tutor Julie was also great, she was always on hand for support / queries and making the experience as smooth as possible.

Lighthouse has supported me throughout my apprenticeship. I achieved my Level 3 Business with the help of my tutor - Lisa. She has been amazing and the adjustments I have been given. The communication through Lighthouse has been incredible and I can't thank them enough.
