Great price for medical insurance
Great price for insurance with medical conditions. Didn’t feel penalised for having conditions beyond my control. The price was the difference between going abroad or not, other companies where ridiculous prices. This company was by far the cheapest & the most reasonable. Will be recommending to other people. 5 * from me.

Cant recommend enough

Refreshing to actually find medical travel insurance that doesn’t cost the cost of another holiday & gives you the opportunity to get away.
Very professional customer service who I felt they knew exactly what medical terminology meant & wasn’t reading off a screen tick box. Easy to communicate with & really helpful. I’ve already recommended this company to friends & family.

The online form was easy to fill out and the insurance quote was brilliant even though both myself and my husband have long term health issues. We will definitely go to them again. It meant a lot to us to be able to make pur trip.

Competitively priced travel insurance…
Competitively priced travel insurance and I would and indeed I have recommended Lighthouse insurance to friends. I would have given a 5 star but for the glitches on the website when filling in the medical questionnaire more so when it came to editing some of my answers but got there in the end.

Help with travel insurance when you really need it
I had to renew my travel insurance due to a recent diagnosis, I had tried compare the market and was declined . I got contact details from the MacMillan Cancer website for Lighthouse, the online form was comprehensive and took some time but with drop down boxes it was straightforward . It quickly determined if cover will be provided and provided a number of quotes, which was a relief.
