Beautiful design. Minor problems with build quality.
Beautiful design. Minor problems with build quality.
Delivered very promptly as promised.
1 of the 3 otherwise identical light fittings has been assembled on the wonk (badly off from right angles to the wall due to a bent washer). I fixed it myself (although it stumped the electrician). Also the wall fittings were not really strong enough for the weight of the lamps - I had to fiddle them to avoid these wall lights drooping a little.

Discovered one of the fittings was faulty while installing in a rental property. LightingRUs contacted the manufacturer who was unwilling to refund due to product being installed; however, LightingRUs refunded in good faith upon removal and return of the item.

Excellent service
Excellent service. The glass in my pendant ceiling light was cracked and I was desperate for an identical replacement asap. After ringing around several stores who could order online but did not stock, I spoke to Jayne at Lighting R Us who was very friendly and helpful. She offered to look through their stock and contact me if they had one. I was over the moon when she called me back. Thanks for going above and beyond- you have made my day! I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Easy on-line ordering and prompt delivery. A trouble free experience. This is the second time I've ordered from lighting R Us and both times there have been absolutely no problems. They even provided a discount code after the first order that I was able to use on the second order.
