My entire experience with Lightlogoneon was superb from start to finish. Their website was extremely easy to navigate, and after I submitted a quote request, they reached out promptly and answered all of my questions right away. They provided multiple mockup options for my sign—both of which looked amazing—and delivery arrived even sooner than expected. Lightlogoneon is officially my go-to company for signs from now on. Highly recommended! 5/5 stars.

I love love love my customized logo! It came out even better than I designed. Quality is top notch, colors came out so beautiful and vibrant like better than I expected. If you are on a fence with going with this company, don’t be and just order it. The price is also very reasonable comparatively to other companies. Cuando interactúe con la tienda me encantó la rapidez con la que me dieron el presupuesto y quedé sorprendida y enganchada porque me enviaron 2 modelos de cómo se vería mi anuncio instalado en una oficina, me enamoré con esas fotos; no me gustó tener que pagar fuera de Amazon que fue donde los encontré, pero me gustó tanto y vi que era Shopify así que me atreví; decía que llegaría en 2 semanas y se demoró casi el mes, me dio angustia y desesperación, el tracking del paquete venía en otro idioma; me resigne a la espera; hasta que finalmente llegó, en perfecto estado, muy buen trabajo, los recomiendo y les advierto que se demora en llegar pero vale la pena, lo amo, me da mucha alegría; gracias quedó genial.
When I interacted with the store, I loved how quickly they gave me a quote, and I was surprised and hooked because they sent me two mockups of how my ad would look installed in an office. I fell in love with those photos. I didn't like having to pay outside of Amazon, where I found them, but I liked it so much, and when I saw it was Shopify, I took the plunge. It said it would arrive in two weeks, but it took almost a month. It caused me anxiety and despair. The package tracking was in another language. I resigned myself to the wait until it finally arrived, in perfect condition. Excellent work! I recommend them, and I warn you that it takes a while to arrive, but it's worth it. I love it; it brings me so much joy. Thank you, it looks fantastic!

While Lightlogoneon did a good job of executing my design, my product was damaged upon arrival. I asked them to help, even to contact the courier that they arranged and they have completely refused to help or take responsibility. They have admitted this has happened before and that I should just pay to get it fixed. I have tried everything to propose some middle ground but all they do is defend themselves and blame me/the customer for the product that arrived damaged. This is a poor business model and unfortunately they have lost my additional business and planned referrals.

I should also mention that during my design process with them they tried to change the price on me.

** I am adding this after the response from LightLogoNeon Below. All I can state is notice how they are claiming their points are facts when they could not have possibly been personally present, as if God, to know exactly what happened. They are even trying to tell me how I received my package at my own home, what it looked like and how I opened it. I can not state enough how disturbing this is and what poor business practice this is. I wish others good luck.
