Absolutely awful terrible customer service poor sizing poor quality nearly 3 weeks on no replacement no refund and rude patronising messages. I have got to the point of contacting citizens advice and trading standards avoid st all costs

I really can't say enough good things about Liliosa! With them you dont just get lingerie you get a family! The hosts are fabulous! You know the old saying that a bar maid needs to be a therapist too? The liliosa hosts could fit into this bracket too! They celebrate with us on our good days and try to cheer us up on our bad days! Elle, Liv, Tia, Chloe, Yaz and Mike all bring their own special flavour!
I am a regular buyer of their mystery bundle, although is a mystery the hosts really try to accommodate your style into it. The lingerie sets are amazing value for money, well made and look amazing on! There is a reason I have over 100 sets and that is not counting the swim wear, Babydolls, Pjs, Ruffle playsuit, gowns and accessories!

As for the products they are incredible. The material is so soft and comfortable. Ive never felt so confident before and I got so many compliments while out in my ruffle playsuit.

absolutely love liliosa! what can i say? the staff are so helpful and supportive. the products themselves are amazing quality, never had any issues. i always like to do my orders on the tiktok lives so i can watch them get picked and packed by one of the amazing team and whatever queries i have, the girls (or mike) always answer and give me all the information that i need. i have been purchasing from them for a while now and have some of their oldest sets and they still look brand new after countless wears! that just shows how amazing the quality is. definitely recommend this brand. all the staff are absolutely lovely too. Xx

I have ordered off Liliosa so many times now because of their incredible customer service, their uniques shopping experience, the surprise of their mystery bundles and their energy. As someone who used to manage a clothing store, their marketing, advertising and overall shopping experience is unlike any other! The team - Elle being one of them that stands out for her professionalism, humour and kindness, are a very well picked team for this business. Super proud to buy from somewhere that feels like more like a community than a store and will continue to purchase here.

The girls at Liliosa go above and beyond to ensure you feel beautiful and empowered no matter who you are or what type of body you have, the lives on TikTok genuinely are my happy place, Elle could easily be my bestie, Steph again easily be besties, same with yaz, Liv, Tia and we can’t forget our Mike can we - Steph’s business is growing rapidly and it’s beautiful to see, if anybody deserves it it’s them girls and team at Liliosa, if you haven’t tried their lingerie, swimwear, pjs (milksilks!!), playsuits, babydolls, loungewear honestly I have almost everything and I will buy any new release 1 to support the girls but 2 because the products speak for themselves I love them all! I have over 400 sets and I do not regret a single one!! Quality is unreal, order delivered next day

Ordered in may nearly July and my order still hasn’t arrived asked for refund several times and still no refund. Scammers.

I feel silly for being roped in. I have ordered one too many times from this brand, each time having minor faults or sizing issues but due to the way the people are on the lives I gave them the benefit of the doubt, putting it down to mistakes happen and it's only a small team etc. I feel SOOO stupid. My most recent experience I ordered two bras, one black and one peach. Only the peach arrived and was not the size or style I ordered. I messaged them and the whole process was so awkward. They admitted they had no black in stock so just sent the peach. Advised they'd email directly with a returns label for the peach one, never happened. Politely requested a refund, never replied. They continued to avoid my messages and eventually had to go through my original payment method. After weeks I received a refund for the black bra, I was left with the peach bra which I couldn't claim back for and ultimately ended up in the bin. I would strongly advise against ordering from this brand. The staff are very clever on the lives, they way they speak to you and interact. After further research it appears they dropship/buy from cheap companies such as aliexpress/temu. Save your money and just buy directly from the source for a fraction of the price.

SCAMMERS!! Do not order from this company. I ordered an aqua green playsuit, decided I didn’t want it as was too short, sent back with label on. They refused my refund with a picture of something black saying ‘worn underwear’ I queried it with them was getting no where just kept saying we don’t return lingerie. I commented on their live they blocked me. Then finally realised it was the green Playsuit I ordered and tried to tell me it had no label on. I’ve seen other reviews of the same. My Daughter has purchased alot from this company however, all items are not sealed which invalidates their returns policy (Hygeine reason) today she received another package however wrong sizes sent and none were sealed as before. I filmed her opening them as I was suspected scam and to my surprise I was right.

All items in zip lock bags however 1 had item hanging out and this could be seen in the video. She immediately emailed them via TikTok and they explained only exchange and quoted TikToks Policy. But Sorry TikToks policy states no refund on Sealed items that are broken, non of her items were sealed and proven in video yet the company wouldn't budge. So I am speak to the BBC Watch Dog and Trading Standards first thing tomorrow morning.

Being Autistic I am very particular in details and carefully opening things. To be told she had worn the items and opened products is a blatant lie and disgusting, especially the price they charge.

This joke outfit needs closing down - refuse to give me my money back for their ill fitting poor quality cheaply made rubbish. Their manifest BS is quite frankly embarrassing and if robbing women out of their money is ‘empowering’ then you need to be locked up!!! AVOID!!!!

I was sent a product, and it was one piece, so didn’t have matching knickers with it. The product was poor sizing, and minimal stretch, so wasn’t even able to try it on properly. I will not be purchasing from here again.
