Drop shipping company

This company has a beautiful website and photos but they drop ship products direct from China. My products arrived separately in the original Chinese packaging direct from manufacturer Guang Zhou Ai Li Shi Clothing Co Ltd. Which is fine but they should be transparent. I expected from their website to receive the items beautifully packaged with branded tissue paper etc, not vacuum packed from China.

One happy returning customer!

I don’t usually leave reviews but had to!! My experience with this company was fantastic. I ordered a set of 6 wine glasses, and unfortunately, one arrived damaged. I reached out to customer service and was met with the loveliest, most helpful response. A few days later, not only did my replacement arrive, but they actually sent two glasses along with a kind note apologising for the issue. Such a thoughtful gesture! I’ve already placed a second order and will definitely keep coming back.

I bought some long stem rad wine…

I bought some long stem rad wine glasses which are super cool however I put some ice in them to cool the glasses the first one broke when the ice was in the glass the second one broke when ice was put in that one not good enough the

These glasses are handmade from fine, delicate crystal — their lightweight feel is part of their appeal, but they do require extra care when in use as advised in the description on the product page. We would always advise against placing ice directly into the glass, as the sudden temperature change can cause fine crystal to crack.

We’ve reviewed your order and can see it was delivered on 1st May (nearly 2 months ago). As the glasses have been in use for some time and we’re unable to verify how they have been handled, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund or replacement on this occasion.

Company sells on Temu/Shein products

Company sells on Temu/Shein products. I ordered a blanket specifically because it was 100% cotton (for a baby). When it arrived (delivery was slow), you could peel back the label to see the original label of the delivery from China. The blanket has no label saying it’s cotton and it feels like polyester. No response when I tried to make contact using the chat function.

Update: washed the blanket on a low heat and it shrunk. Tried to leave a direct review on the website and they deleted it and then tried to get me to assign this review to a different company

Absolute scam

Absolute scam! Carpet costs nearly 200 but is identical to one from Temu for 1/10th of the price. Really terrible quality and they do not comply with the EU right of return. DO NOT BUY.

Expensive products

Expensive products. Awful quality. Avoid. Ordered wine glasses as a gift for friends and am really disappointed with them. They arrived dusty, not packaged nicely and have thick ‘glass’ that sounds plastic like. Drop shipping at its worst

Look good on website but very cheap and tacky in reality
I am very disappointed in this company. Website looks great and I ordered 4 tealights in oval. I even wrote in the comment box on order - don’t send round . The receipt even said oval. They came direct from China in very poor packaging. They felt cheap and tacky so I requested to return them as Having seen the quality I did not want the correct ones to be sent. They deducted shipping from purchase cost despite it being their error. customer service was not good. I would not recommend this co

Awful company

Awful company! Missing brackets in box and they took ages to sort it out as they kept asking me for more photos to “check” what I’d said. Eventually said they’d send the missing part but turns out it’s all cheap product imported from china so it took ages. Dodgy company - avoid! Don’t be fooled by nice website.

I have ordered recently two wine…

I have ordered recently two wine glasses - they were a bit pricely but I decided to buy them anyway as the website says they were handmade. The first surprise happened a few days after when I got the notification from Ervi that they were waiting for my parcel from Ali Express. I sent the email to the company and asked for explanation, the lady from customer service replied that it has to be a glitch on Ervi website. What a surprise again when my items were delivered - two stickers that clearly says Ali Express and Made in China...
I think that misleading customers it's not the best approach.

While some of our manufacturers are based in Asia, we select our products and partners based on a strict set of criteria that prioritises product quality, design integrity, ethical sourcing, and responsible production practices regardless of their country of origin.

We understand the tracking notification was unexpected and confusing. That message did not come from us and appears to have been a third-party tracking error.
