Broken jewellery
I’ve had a gold initial necklace since Nov 2022 which was gifted to me, in this time it has broken twice and obviously is now out of warranty time.
Lily and Roo have some lovely jewellery but unfortunately it is not built to last which is the reason for my review. It is not cheap jewellery, and whilst it’s great you can get it fixed within 1 year of purchase, it’s not quality jewellery and won’t last much longer than that. It’s too pricy for the amount of time it will last you in my opinion

I ordered a custom bracelet for my partners birthday with the premise of next day delivery. Unfortunately this did not come to fruition due to delays. Thereafter, I sent 4 emails with no reply and when the company finally did reach out they pacified me and my request in a somewhat belligerent manner.
However, upon my 6th email (20 days later than the first and 25 days after my order) an employee called Breanna from the “jewellery team” reached out promptly and very quickly resolved all the ongoing issues. If it wasn’t for Breanna and her great customer service I was preparing to write a 1 star review for lack of communication and missing items. So a big thank you to Breanna, I hope this is seen by management and you are recognised for your service.
Beautiful products, fantastic service.
I had a great experience with this company. Ordered the wrong size chain for a gift and they happily exchanged it for the correct size. Great communication and very fast response to emails and extremely fast exchange of item. Absolutely beautiful products and gift packaging. Would highly recommend this company and hope to make more purchases in the near future.

Amazing . I bought earrings in Black Friday sale and loved them, but within a week lost the diamond drop.
I asked if I could buy a new single diamond - Lily and Roo replaced this free of charge .

Fab customer service
I was bought a necklace as a birthday gift and unfortunately after 3 weeks the necklace broke (it is a gorgeous but incredibly delicate looking). I contacted Lily&Roo to explain and received a super quick response asking me to provide photos of the damage so they could resolve the matter. I sent some photos in and again received a quick response saying that they would get a new necklace sent in replacement, no quibbles at all. Given that this was 2 weeks before Christmas I was expecting that I might have to wait to receive the new necklace but it was sent out immediately and I received it 5 days after sending the initial email. I was so impressed with the customer service and relieved to get my beautiful birthday gift back.

Had never heard of Lilyandroo until a friend recommended I take a look as I was looking for a 60th birthday gift. Absolutely gorgeous, brilliant communication on the update of my order and amazing fast delivery even with having it engraved. The necklace is super cute I was so happy with it. I shall definitely use this company again and will definitely recommend to others ☺️
Continues to send me marketing after I’ve opted out multiple times
My order was fine but over a year after my last purchase they started texting me marketing messages, which I don’t believe I opted in for.
I contacted them and asked to be opt out of marketing and they confirmed it had happened. I then continued to receive texts and asked them to stop this which they confirmed they had removed me from mailing lists.
I’ve just received further text marketing from them - customer services are not doing their role and the company aren’t adhering to basic GDPR - which raises concerns around other gdpr methods and regulations for me.
Poor Poor Poor
Another response from this company basically just sending the exact information as the last email - apparently the GPS shows it was delivered but how as I don’t have the package. Got this as a gift and it’s been a week for them to tell me another 10 days(After reviewing the tracking details, we can see that the parcel was delivered to the correct GPS coordinates, and a proof of delivery photo has been provided by the courier. That said, we absolutely want to make sure your order reaches you, so there are a couple of important steps we need to take next.
Before we proceed, could you please double check the following:
The delivery address on your order
Around your property (porch, side or back door, garage, mailbox, etc.)
With neighbours or household members who may have accepted the parcel on your behalf
For any delivery attempt notices or collection slips left by the courier
If you’ve already checked all of the above and the parcel is still missing, we will need to open an investigation with the courier to help locate the order and gather more information about the delivery. Please note that this process can take up to 10 days for the courier to complete) awful service - do not buy from them.

My Go-To for Beautiful, Well-Made Jewellery
I’ve bought several pieces from Lily and Roo now (earrings, bracelet, and a ring) and everything has always been absolutely beautiful and really well made. Their delivery is super prompt and everything is nicely packaged.
I did have an issue recently with a ring that arrived faulty, but their customer service was honestly brilliant. Liv couldn’t have been more helpful in getting a replacement out to me in time for Christmas, which I really appreciated.
Overall, I’ve consistently had great experiences with them. Gorgeous jewellery, lovely service, and really good prices. Highly recommend - especially for gifting!

I bought a pearl necklace, bracelet and earrings set to wear for my wedding which arrived quickly. Everything was beautiful but the hinges on one earring seemed a bit stiff. I emailed about this and received a prompt response, with prepaid return postage and exchange sent quickly. Really great customer service and I can’t wait to wear the beautiful jewellery on my wedding day. Thank you.

Terrible quality, always breaks!!!
I have now purchased three items from Lily and Roo (two necklaces and one pair of earrings) and they have all broken in <12 months. The clasps on both necklaces broke, and the stem on the earrings snapped. The latter broke on the second time of wearing!! Really disappointed as I love the look of the pieces, but they are clearly terrible quality.
