Amazing customer service!
Having had my necklace for two years (and worn it since the day my daughter was born), my daughter accidentally grabbed hold of it and the chain snapped near the clasp. Having contacted the Lily & Roo customer service team to ask about repair, they went one step further and offered me a full replacement (despite the necklace being out of warranty). The responsiveness and speed with which this was dealt with was next level - I now have a replacement chain on its way to me in less than 72 hours! Amazing customer service and would highly recommend!
Beautiful jewellery
I’ve had several pieces from Lily and Roo and have always been really pleased. My friends ordered me a bracelet for my wedding day which looked gorgeous on the day. Would really recommend. Packaging is lovely too.

My diamond style tennis bracelet broke unexpectedly. Contacted Lily & Roo, as it was only five months old and they immediately emailed a free return label for me to return it for a no quibble replacement. Such a nice surprise for them to instantly right the problem. I wish all companies had such a good customer service team.

Lily and Roo are a fantastic company. They helped me sort something personal out which they did not have to as it was my error. They listened to my reasons and went above and beyond. I will always be grateful and I highly recommend them and the customer service team. Thank you so much.
Very poor
Very poor, don't recommend
I recently ordered a personalised necklace for my daughter's confirmation only to be told it was out of stock. I was offered an alternate colour to which I clearly declined and expressed my disappointment at not receiving the item. Nowhere in this email was there the option to terminate the order, as far as I was concerned I'd made it clear I would need to look for an alternative as the silver option wasn't acceptable.
A week later, after I had ordered a gift elsewhere, they dispatched the item. I didn't receive a follow up email to say 'change of plan, we do have the item now if you'd still like to receive it'.- they just sent it and are now refusing to provide a refund saying that I didn't reply to their email - which is utterly disingenuous and incredibly poor customer service. The quality isn't as good as the Abbott Lyon necklace I ordered either.

Poor Quality Chain
Unfortunately the item that I purchased felt like poor quality- in particular the chain was extremely thin for the money. A slightly thicker better quality chain would have made the item much more expensive looking. I expected better quality for the price paid.

I could easily have provided a lower star rating for my review of my experience With Lily and Roo.
Having purchased an available item from the Lily and Roo website, as a gift for my daughter's birthday, I received confirmation that it would be on its way.
The following day however, I received a very apologetic email from Breanna at Lily and Roo, advising me that the item was actually out of stock.
With only a few days to go until my daughter's birthday, Breanna offered to provide an alternative item (of my choice) and they would cover any difference in price, including a refund if the replacement item was of a lesser value. She also confirmed that they would cover the cost on next day delivery.
I did choose an alternative item and as it turns out, my daughter told me she preferred this to what would have been my original choice. The item arrived at my daughter's house the day before her birthday.
Sometimes things go wrong and companies' systems fail but it's how a company responds to such issues that is a measure of whether they care and how much they value excellent customer service.
