I recently ordered my wedding jewellery from Lily and Roo and ordered the wrong size chain. I contacted customer service and they advised me to send the jewellery back and let them know what size of chain I wanted. I received the correct size necklace back within a few days of me sending the incorrect one back!

We need MORE stars for this company! After much searching I found the perfect initial necklace for my daughter. I was a couple of days before I realized I bought the demonstration letter and not the letter for my daughter's name! NO PROBLEM! They fixed my order with no delay in shipping and no change in price. It fast became my daughter's favorite pice of jewelry. Two months later the necklace chain snapped. I contacted customer service again about replacing it. They asked for photos and a description of the break which we provided. Within a week we had a prepaid envelope to return the necklace to the company and a replacement necklace is out for delivery this morning. Pleasant, super responsive, and always helpful even when it's my error is the kind of customer service that creates loyalty. Thank you to all the LilyandRoo folks that made this wonderful experience happen.

I bought a gold and multi pearl necklace and paid for next day delivery. The necklace is absolutely beautiful and the delivery was as I paid for. Very happy with the purchase and service. I will buy again for sure.

I ordered an item for a dear friend and I was quickly contacted because it was unfortunately out of stock for the time frame I required. I was given the option to choose another item with no extra charge and immediate dispatch.
Their customer service is outstanding, communication was brilliant and I’d recommend to anyone. Looking forward to receiving the item and even more so to gifting it.

I came across this company through Adverts online & was really drawn in by their beautiful jewellery. I have ordered 2 necklaces so far which did not disappoint. The designs are stunning & the quality is equally as high. I had a minor issue with one of the necklaces which customer services sorted really promptly. The email response time was phenomenal. I cannot rate this company more highly!

I received my wedding earrings as a gift from my bridesmaids - they were exactly what I was after! Dainty and elegant but also modern. I got the Gold Thick Squared Hoop Pearl Drop Earrings - the pearls are detachable so I wear them as simple hoops day to day too.
I recommend this brand to anyone and have since bought other pieces from here - amazing quality and tarnish free!
