Lima Beads Reviews

Terrible
Takes forever for them to process and ship your order. They had forgotten to put my apartment number on 3 packages now I've been unable to intercept this last package and no one ever returns my emails.

Fantastic customer service. They helped me find the right beads by quickly responding, their prices are reasonable, plus you get discounts and coupons even for small orders. Highly recommended.

I've shopped with Lima Beads for a while now and I HIGHLY recommend their products and service! Love these people!! ^_^

Lima has excellent products at very competitive prices. And their customer skills are awesome. They have quickly answered any questions and solved any problem I've thrown their way. Highly recommend these fine folks!

Great beads, great company, great staff, great service! I've bought from Lima Beads for some years now, and have never been disappointed in the products they've supplied or in their service. My last order, coming at the onset of SIP policies because of COVID-19, was filled and shipped incredibly quickly snd, as us, perfectly. Thanks, guys!

Everyone at Lima Beads is friendly and helpful. Whenever I have had questions they have responded immediately. Their customer service in general is excellent!

I've been a customer of Lima Beads for a long time. They have beautiful beads and a wide variety of findings in stock and their shipping is typically very quick. I am writing this review during the COVID-19 pandemic, and although their shipping speeds have slowed, they are communicating frequently and the shipments are still accurate. Their customer service is top-notch, too. I have had my questions answered quickly and in a very friendly manner. I highly recommend Lima Beads and will continue to buy supplies from them.

They are the best when it comes to gemstone strands and pendants. Customer service is AAA, just talk it through with them and they'll work it out until you're satisfied. They have picked up some great big and small companies to partner with. And their team of people in the warehouse are good at matching strands to pendants, etc. They make you feel important on every step of the process. They run the best marketing promos and sales! Hands down my favorite go to, for all of my creative jewelry needs!

I've been shopping with Lima Beads for at least five years, and I have been delighted each and every time. There is always something new to try, inspiring and unique designs to work with, and totally terrific customer service. I appreciate the personal touches too, that make you feel like part of an artisan community.

The Lima Beads site is a great place to find beads and components. They also add that special touch when they send your products and the shipping has always been very quick.

I have been shopping from this company for several years. They carry quality products reasonably priced. Their customer service is some of the best I have experienced in this environment-from product questions to returns to refunds. I highly recommend this company.

I absolutely love this company and all of the employees!! They have beautiful items and the website is so easy to navigate and manage!!! The prices are amazing and so is the quality!!! I recommend this company to everyone!!

Great products and a staff who communicates well with customers! Working hard to give good service during this "social distance" era!
