Martin was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him. He also took the time to send notes on the excercies I needed to do to help with my injury. I really appreciate all your time and effort - thank you Martin.

Martin is very professional, caring and friendly. He has a vast amount of knowledge and experience. He has helped me with my back injury and legs and really helped me get back to 100%. I can recommend his services and have done so to my friends and colleagues.

I am currently in the process of attending limb to limb therapy due to frozen shoulder I have had ongoing now for over a year, not only is Martin extremely knowledgable, he is also a very genuine caring person , unlike many other services where you feel rushed and like you are a problem , Martin genuinely listens and cares about people , it has restored my faith that my shoulder will heal and also in humanity in a sense to be honest after having so many bad experiences with physios and massage therapists . How refreshing! A no-nonsense, caring Physio who took the time to hear what my issue was rather than jumping in to treat straight away. Martin is very professional and extremely knowledgeable but explained things in a practical way that made sense.

Not only does he help ease my severe back, shoulder and neck pain during the session after he had thoroughly assessed me, but he also gave me a stretching and exercise programme to help prevent it from becoming any worse.
