Limepack is always our go-to company…

Limepack is always our go-to company when we need help with custom-designed packaging. There is room for all questions, and Limepack is great at sharing knowledge and helping you choose the right product. In addition, Limepack always offers support in creating a visual expression, so you can clearly see the design on the cup before approving the order.

We have ordered paper cups and plastic cups w. custom designs, and we have been happy with every single delivery and order.

If you are ever in doubt about your order or anything else, their fast service is also incredibly good.

We would definitely not recommend…

We would definitely not recommend Limepack as their product is misleading. Limepack presented itself (and still presents itself) as a company that fully adheres to the 'plastic-free' policy.
The products sold are totally lacking the guaranteed and agreed features.
If you promote a product without plastic, it is quite absurd that they send product where is written "SUP-Single use plastic".

I think there might have been a misunderstanding, and I’d like to clear it up.

You ordered 1,000 biodegradable paper cups from us. Our bio cups use a water-based coating instead of PE, making them AA certified recyclable.

Regarding the SUPD label, the Single-Use Plastics Directive has a broad definition that’s implemented differently across Europe. That’s why we usually suggest including the label on our bio cups. However, at your request, we can remove it, though this would be at your own risk.

Based on our system, I can see that you approved the design with the SUPD label included.

Here’s a quick recap of what happened:

December 20, 2023:
You reached out to start working on the design, and our designer gave you two options:
Design 1a: White cups (SUPD label removed).
Design 1b: Black cups (with the SUPD label).

January 2, 2024:
You asked to remove the SUPD label on Design 1a (white).

April 5, 2024:
You decided to go with Design 1b (black cups with the SUPD label).

April 11, 2024:
You approved the final design (with the SUPD label visible) through our platform.

April 24, 2024:
The order was delivered, and you mentioned you weren’t happy with the SUPD label on the cups.

My colleague, Samuel, explained that the design you approved included the SUPD label and offered a reprint at a reduced price, but we didn’t hear back. He has also followed up a few times to find a solution that works for you, but we haven’t heard from you since April. Today, you posted this review.

NO LIDS with 18,000 Cup Order...

NO LIDS with 18,000 Cup Order...
Unfortunately i'm having to leave a bad review for Limepack due to the sheer lack of customer service they have provided with my order. I ordered £6.5k worth of cups 2 months ago, and as it stands, i still have NO LIDS for them.
Every single day i call and they say we will call you back with an update - NOTHING! I've chased them every single day and i still have no lids.
The quality of the cups are amazing which is so gutting because i doubt i will be placing another order after this.
I'm still awaiting a resolution to my lid saga, they won't offer me a partial refund, they won't send out replacements and quite frankly i've had enough of chasing them anyways.
I will post the court results
